Good value on the prices .
The trolley had a part broken which the staff replaced the entire unit quickly. All over an easy pleasant experience. Great staff too!

After several 'intensely' negative experiences with the Anaconda Butler balding-bully store member, we have decided to now only visit the Joondalup store---it would be worth the extra drive time. In total contrast to the Butler store, the Joondalup store staff members are incredibly professional, friendly, helpful, and they each have a genuine interest in delivering quality customer service. We'll be back to Joondalup each and every time from now on.

The staff were lovely. Kath was incredibly friendly and helpful, taking the time to help me with shoe selection and checking stock for my size while still managing to help other customers.

I was served by a very nice young bloke today at your store. Very tall and thin with lots of thick hair on top Darryl, Darren??. I found him to be professional, pleasant and very knowledgeable.Please make sure that he wis rewarded in some way.

I went there today to purchase a storage box for the back of my bakkie/ute. A young gentleman by the name of Harry assisted me. The customer service which I experienced was excellent. The store in general is top notch with regard to service and Harry added that extra notch to take it from great to excellent. To all the people working there today: Thanks for the excellent service. It is this which brings me back to your store every time.

In the month I have gone in there for two sizable purchases and I must say that both times all staff have been so helpful - in the bicycles area we had a very friendly and knowledgeable gentleman help and then today over in the shoes and hiking section a couple of really friendly staff. Had the most lovely person in customer service history help me out at Anaconda Joondalup yesterday, and I should mention that all the people I interacted with at the store were really fantastic as well. Nina, thank you for such a pleasant experience, you were so very professional, warm and friendly - demonstrating you had my best interests at heart the whole time. Thank you Anaconda Joondalup, you're a fantastic team, and a really switched on retailer. I'll definitely be back!

We had issues with our self inflating mattress and brought it back to the Anaconda store in Joondalup. We had the pleasure to deal with Aleisha in this situation. She was supportive and understanding straight away and gave us the feeling that our concern was taken seriously. Great customer support, especially on a busy Sunday. Thanks again Aleisha

The customer service from Anaconda has been amazing - We took a bike and the pole for the seat fell into the frame - I took it back to see Baden and he was more than happy to help me sort out the problem. I can't fault these guys..I even left the seat after fixing it and they stored it away for me.Thanks for a great experience I will return for more accessories :)

Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I came in to find a hiking backpack and sleeping bag. The staff gave great advice, helped me adjust the pack fit and there were great sales so in the end I spent a lot less than I had expected to spend. Ask for Issac if you are after any hiking gear

Absolutely amazing service by Harry and the other tall chap with the ginger beard.
I’d rung the Midland store and was sarcastically told ‘no of course there’s no roof top tents left in WA’.
A mate checked Joondalup (65kms from home) sure enough they had some, so I rang and spoke to Harry to ask about click and collect, it was 4pm Sat arvo, Harry advised if I paid today he’d make sure it was ready today to pick up. I thanked him but assured we wouldn’t make it in time but thanks we’d come Sunday, he double checked opening hours so off I went to pay.
We arrived in store Sunday found Harry who was working again. We enquirer about some roof racks as well and checked on those for us. In the mean time we went down to double check the tent, and there we met tall guy, super helpful, we found the roof rack, then they both measured up and helped us take it out of the box and load it into the van (tight squeeze).
Let’s not forget the gent with the cool dreadlocks who also took the the chair, roof racks and winch out to help load up.
Seriously what a bloody amazing team at Anaconda Joondalup, unlike Midland.

Had a problem with a shower tent, rang then went into the store.
Trent solved the problem in 5 minutes. Thanks Trent and the two Jess's.

The staff at this store were brilliant very friendly and extremely helpful especially JESS who went way beyond the norm as far as customer service goes ..well done for hiring such a lovely lady

I was so confused about all the options available to me but Campbell and
Baden helped me to pick the perfect bike for me. The range available was very extensive and got quite confusing but they helped me narrow down exactly what I was searching for and I couldn’t recommend anyone better because they know their stuff!!!!
