Officeworks Five Dock

A nice sized store which is nicely stocked. Staff are always polite. Was quite busy with the last minute back to school buyers. Found everything we needed and a little bit more.

Last week on Thursday afternoon, I came into office works five dock to find some little bits and pieces for my classroom, and came in with different questions not expecting answers because every time I come in here the managers with the glasses, the girl and guy hand me off to another team members who have no idea, understandably. As I walked into store, there was a teenager who I know know its Emilia, who helped me find all the bits and pieces I need, such lovely service even I though I know that they're always busy. Thank you so much for training and hiring lovely teenagers to help us oldies with tasks, and hopefully she has a bright future ahead of her with service, and whatever she wants to achieve.

They always have lots of computer hard drives and SSDs in stock. Click and collect is always poorly managed, but if you in store, it’s a nice experience and fast checkout. I love that they have real staff and no self-checkout (yet).

Thank you to Gus and Chriss for helping me price match a phone today! They were super friendly, helpful and efficient. :-)

Passport photo. Today we had the best service from the lady in the passport area for a photo for my grandson.
She was amazing from the phone call to the final delivery of photos. Just sorry I didn’t get her name. She deserves the employee of the month award, she is totally across her area. Thank you

Went in for a router the other day and was assisted by Ricky. He was incredibly helpful and kind. Im usually good with tech, but quite unaware of what is good for routers but he was able to give me loads of valuable information to pickout a good value choice for my needs ans budget. Walked away with a great deal and product in somewhat stressful times otherwise. Thank you so much Ricky!

Came here twice, everything was good although the photo printing machines were broken. The young woman printed out from the front desk. James ( not sure if my memory of his name is correct) the young man helped me to cut my photos.

Excellent customer service by a staff member called Ricky. He was very knowledgeable and courteous helping with my laptpp issue and purchasing new laptop for my husband. Well done, lets have more Rickys in retail.

Officework workers are of great assistance, especially the ones at the cash registers, assisting me when I ask for equipment when I don't know where they are located. Shoutout goes to Emilia who is very polite every time I come, which makes me come to this place every time.

This week I had the pleasure of shopping at Five Dock Store.
All staff I had contact with welcoming and helpful.
However Oisin, was the standout in the team.
Informative, helpful, offering good advice, and interested in helping me make the best decision. I was shopping for a home printer.

Although it was a Sunday and they were understaffed, Jacob and Christian were really attentive and helpful. They helped us with our purchase of a screen monitor and a new study desk and loaded it into our car for us. Thanks guys!

Ricky from the IT department is always so friendly and knowledgeable regarding any electronic devices. Ricky is very informative and helps you understand from laptops to printers and is enthusiastic about making sure you are happy and understand your product. Thankyou so much Ricky!

Amazing customer service from team member GABBY, she was very helpful, she helped me with my prints for some passport photos. The attention to detail provided by her was impressive and her customer service skills were excellent.

Very good service. They did a wonderful job printing and binding my documents, looked very professional. I would definitely recommend this Officeworks and they are very good with social distancing with stickers on the floor and employees wearing masks and sanitizer available for all shoppers. I’m very impressed. I will most definitely be back. The click and collect service is quick and easy. Thank you for all your assistance.

My wife and I went to this stationary location to purchase some pencils for her bird sketching hobby (which I love, her drawings are incredible). We were served by a young man, I think his name was Harry Huang. This young man was polite and respectful. World class service in a world where robots are replacing all human interaction. We really appreciated the attentive service and care he took when assisting us finding the sketching pencils.

Top notch service. Was greeted and guided by Tracey from start to finish. She guided me through the printing job I needed done for my families business and gave me invaluable advice. Just picked up my prints and it came out just as I had hoped and better! Thanks Tracey!

had to print an assessment due the next day, called up and the printing staff were helpful when advising over the phone especially Tracey. Tracey then helped me in-store in organising my file and got it done within a few hours so now I have heaps of time to prepare for tomorrow. great service

Went in late tonight for urgent printing and hopefully binding. Simona (I hope I got her name right) was one of the most excellent customer service people I've ever had! And I rang just about every store from Canberra through Sydney! Can't say enough - so lovely, such great customer service, such integrity. Give that woman a raise, please. Thank you for making my stressful night not stressful anymore :)

I have never experienced such exceptional customer service. My granddaughter 's Year 12 major project needed to be printed out and we only had 1 hour to get it lodged. When she went to save the document "whilst at the store" (yes, I know she should not have left it so late) she could not get it to save. Her entire future rested on getting the document printed and to the school. Eddy helped with finding an alternative way of saving the document, the Store Manager for that day, Madhab was so supportive when we were under such stress and Sam helped by printing the document as a matter of urgency. Without these awesome 3 people working to help us, we would not have succeeded in lodging the document with a whole 10 minutes to spare. We will be forever grateful to these wonderful staff. 10 stars, not 5

Went on closing time to get my posters laminate, staff was very kind with smile on their face even though it was closing time. Special Mention Monica helped me and she done the job in few Minutes. She is a true Gem and an asset to your organisation.
