Came in and was served by the lovely Chelsea. We were kindly greeted by her colleague and were given ample time to familiarise ourselves with the layout before being requiring assistance. Chelsea was able to give very objective and detailed responses to all of my questions enabling me to find exactly what I needed without wasting any time at all. Her and her colleague's kind demeanour allowed for a very pleasant buying experience. Thank you!

ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL! Today I was greeted by hands down the best customer service representative in Melbourne! Chris was such a refreshing person to chat with and his knowledge and assistance was impeccable! He will be the future CEO of the business; young, bright and with an awesome personality this guy is one of a kind! Love how he cracked along with our jokes (as bad as they were) while selling us all our kitchen needs! We also spoke with a lovely lady name Christine who was sweet enough to compliment my questionable red sneakers haha
You can't go wrong with price, service and honesty from House in Springvale (Especially on Boxing Day)! These guys are the best! The world would be a better place if all people in retail were as passionate as these legends!

I had an extremely good experience with Jaanvi and Jan, who despite being busy, stopped whatever they were doing to help me out with everything that I needed help with. In addition to this, Jan also went above and beyond to get me a trolley for a microwave that I was carrying while Jaanvi gave advice on utensils that I would possibly currently need and in the future. Am extremely pleased and would go back there again
