Flannerys Victoria Point

I love having a local health food shop, and the staff at flannerys are always very helpful.

I was cold and wet; and asked for "comfort food"; and this is what I got: gluten free, funky chocolate brownie; topped with coconut icecream; blue berries and strawberry in the likeness of a comforting cat.

I visited this lovely store for the first time today, having recently being diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder, I wanted to speak to a naturopath and also have a look at some of the vegan/gluten free dairy products. All of the staff were extremely friendly and engaging. As I spoke to the naturopath, another lovely staff member was engaging with my toddler and having a lovely chat with him. Thankyou for your lovely advise and service. We will be back 🙂

lovely staff. love the new cold press juice option in the cafe. Produce could be bit more fresher at times but love the atmosphere. Janine is always so bubbly and friendly along with the other staff are all so beautiful 🤩

So happy to see this store is still here! Loving seeing all the stock coming back onto the shelves again too! The team have been great at finding alternatives over the last few months where they could, but nothing beats seeing the old favourites back and full again!!

Her way of handling the situation and helping me was brilliant.

I didn't meet the manager when there was a little hiccup at the register, his respond also wasn't so helpful when I heard it anyway.
Jennie stepped in to helping the cashier so the problem was quickly solved for their end but how it affected me was that I was left out with a refund in my bank that would take 2 business day to be available.
Since the amount that I was charged in the first place was not equivalent to my shopping they had to refund it back into my card.
That is easy but I was left with not much cash for my weekend. I needed that money to be available to me right away.
Jennie kindly offered free coffee and icecream for my little boy while we wait for store manager getting back from unloading at the dock, but I just had to go home so she organised a little hamper of bananas apples and tomatoes to compensate for the time I spent to solve the problem also for the fact that I needed my money so I could go to shops and grab these items .
She has also added bunch of grapes for my son to eat.
