We recently popped in to Forever Jewellery to have my husbands wedding band resized and one of my bracelets repaired. In the last I have taken jewellery to another larger well known brand store where I was charged massive prices for simple repairs. Forever Jewellery was exceptional - their prices were beyond reasonable, and I had our pieces back in a matter of days rather than weeks. Both the ring and my bracelet looked brand new again.

I was recently after an item that was sold out everywhere else. I phoned the store to confirm if the item was in stock and the person who answered was extremely polite and helpful. Being interstate I advised I'd place the order online and choose express delivery. I placed the order at about 11am on a Wednesday. I got notification an hour later that it had been shipped and it arrived within 24 hours. I've honestly never experienced service like this! Very impressed and would highly recommend.

Amazing little business. I ordered online to pick up in store. The website was super easy to navigate, I got a $10 discount voucher and my order was ready to pick up within the hour. When I went to store to collect my order the staff were super friendly and my order was ready and waiting for me beautifully packaged. Thanks guys

Extremely helpful and efficient with my recent repair. The end product was sensational my rings came out looking brand new! So happy that I have now returned with further repairs that have been waiting many years to be attended to.

Love this store, has a great range of jewellery and Swarovski Crystal plus loads of other items. The service is fantastic and the prices are great. The delivery time to South Australia is amazing and I love the lollipop I received when I purchased my Kris Bears and there's always a lovely card telling me who packed my item with care and a 10% off voucher for my next online visit.
