CJ’s Island Pizza

Best place to grab a coffee and their almond croissant is delicious.
Served with a friendly smile and best of all the pizzas are amazing.
We had the CJ Special and a Gourmet Chicken and it was loaded with fresh toppings and crunchy crust, wish we knew about this place earlier but definitely will be coming back when we visit the straddie again.

Really good pizza. Nice and cheesy, thick crust. One of the few things open an a Tuesday- we got lucky! Got the Ham & Pineapple, and Amity

Unbelievably great!!!!! Perfectly crunchy yet soft throughout.. Not greasy.. Toppings had so much flavor.. I will be dreaming of this pizza for days!

We went to CJs twice during the time in the island. My partner and I absolutely love it!!!!! The staff are so friendly and the food is amazing. The Acai bowl and bbq ribs are highly recommended.

Fresh and tasty pizzas, excellent toppings and base. Prompt service, delivery is available. Nice outlook out to Moreton Bay. Menu is current January 2020. Yes they really do open at 7am.

Don’t think I’ve ever seen my boyfriend eat a large pizza so fast in my life. Best thing he’s ever eaten & the apple turnover was lush. Service was great too, very friendly staff & food came out super quick. 12/10

Excellent pizza. Hearty, voluminous, and with a generous amount of cheese to hold it all together. Very extensive menu, too.

Straddie doesn’t have very many reasonably priced places where you can get good food. CJs pizza was delicious and not too expensive. Ordered from outside through a window and 15 minutes later my name was called: speedy and took exactly how long the friendly staff person said it would take.

They were happy to substitute meat for vegetables on our Mexican pizza too! Next time - and there will be a next time - I’ll order medium hot chilies and not hot hot.

We grabbed a half and half large on our way back to the mainland (myora chilli and amity). It was fantastic!! The spicy chilli was just the right spice and the base was fantastic. Will definitely be back next time I am on Straddie!!

Ordered a soy latte - it was made perfectly. Highly recommended plus their almond croissant is divine 👌 filled with nut butter. A great stop before the ferry.

The chap working tonight 15/10/21 deserves a bonus. Was busy at 7:30 and a group of people came in at 7:50 and he took their order even though close was in 10 minutes.
He was working alone and clearly overworked. The food quality was amazing but I enjoy food the most when I know it’s made by a well treated employe.
The chap working seemed stressed very continued to serve customers with a smile and positive attitude.
If I were you, I’d consider keeping 2 staff on until closing time.

Delicious! Loved the chicken pizza.

Was pleasantly surprised at how good this pizza was, dough and toppings were both great. Good amount for your money, had more than enough for lunch the next day.

The coffee is great as well!!

Loved it. The pizza was the best we've had...who would have known, tucked away on Straddie? Reasonable price, too.
Service was excellent, as well.
Highly recommended and if we're ever back, will definitely return to CJs.

I can’t remember the last time I had such nice pizza! Had it the first night for a quick meal. Went back the second night and even got a spare one to take back home. Beautiful crust and heaps of toppings. Very tasty and friendly service at a very good price!
On the bad side, they don’t menulog to the mainland.

Me and my partner agreed that this is the best Almond Croissont we ever had. It was fresh out of the oven and the almond fillings is oozing out , YUMM! The coffee is good too freshly grind. We are going to try the pizza and acai bowl for lunch.. I highly recommend this place. Exceptional food and friendly service.

Amazing coffee and french pastries. Almond croissant was so delicious. I never had before such almond croissant.. some juice liquidie stuff inside..just wow taste!!! I definitely recommend this cafe if you visit Stradbrook island.
