What's Hot Victoria Point

its one of my favourite stores to look around in while my mum is busy, good price and a cosplayers wonderland

This store located in Victoria Point, is a very good shop for cheap things. But I must say that it is definitely not a one stop-shop, you can find some things you need for projects and DIY's but I definitely think that The Reject Shop is cheaper than What's Hot is. The Reject shop definitely doesn't have anything but neither does What's Hot. What's Hot does not even have a website you can use to view the products before you by them or waste a trip into store, only to go in there and see that they do not have the things you are looking for. This store is great and cheap but certainly doesn't have everything you will be looking for.

Don't shop at this store .owner is aggressive and asked my daughter to leave the store .His reason was because she is wearing a victoria point high school uniform. My daughter and I both work in the centre and are good people.
I will never step foot in your crummy store again .
Learn some manners

We entered the store, saw some candles opened them to smell as you do then out of no where the owner of the store (cranky man) approached us saying if you break it you buy it don’t break my things. I said that nothing is broken and that I understand. We kept browsing and then he starts yelling for us to get out of his store, we asked what we did wrong and he gave no response. We continued looking around and he yells even more (which made me embarrassed bc I haven’t done anything wrong and there were other customers doing the same thing idk didn’t feel great) saying that we cannot touch anything and that we aren’t buying anything so we have to leave. We’re having a look which is a normal thing in any store. He said that we’re touching everything and that we aren’t putting them in the spots even though we were putting them exactly how they were displayed (and he was at the counter the entire time and from where we were it’s physically impossible for him to even know if we put them where they are suppose to be) we then tried to reason with him and ask what is going on and what we’ve done & ofc there was no reason, he then proceeded to contact security & when they came they told us that he does not like youthful looking people and that he goes crazy all the time. I don’t know he was acting the way he was acting, all I know is that there is no good vibes with him and i do not recommend going to this store. Unless you wanna potentially be verbally abused and mistreated. I will be taking this further.

I was hanging out at the shopping centre with my sister and our partners. Although we are a group of young adults we are one of the least dastardly looking group around the area. As we entered the store the man behind the counter became angry at us and told us no groups of people are allowed in the store and kicked us out. Firstly no store has that rule and secondly a group walked in right behind us and he didn’t say anything to them. It was rude and biased and i do not recommend this store unless you would risk such behaviour just to visit a cheap bad quality store you could basically find anywhere.

Went into this shop to have a browse I spotted some candles and as anyone would I pick it up to smell it to see if I would like to buy it, I then get yelled at by the worker saying I broke it when all I did was open the lid and put it back. I then went to look at other things in the store I picked up a wooden box he then proceeds to scream at me saying you can’t touch anything & that I am not allowed to buy anything, then tells me to get out of the store. Terrible customer service, I work in retail and do not appreciate being treated that way.
