Woolworths Metro Double Bay

Amazing new offer at Double Bay Metro. Expanded premium grocery range, fresh bread, fresh fruit, meat, seafood, fresh pasta, entertaining and cheese. Some new additions including a dessert macaroon range, marco cleaning self fill machine, a massive selection of bulk loose foods (nuts, grains, chocolate & snacks) and bread & butter made onsite. Finally a beautiful industry bean run cafe producing a very decent brew!! Definitely worth a visit...

Different from other stores, good now since they have a mix of both organic and usual Woolworths stuff.
Definitely a place to check out , looks boujie.
Must try the mochis, and really friendly staff.

Spacious, well presented Woolworths Metro.

Intriguing anomaly of Double Bay shopping, this is the small Woolworths underneath the big Woolworths. Reopened this week after a 3 month closure for renovations it is difficult to see what took them 3 months to renovate as the store is pretty much the same as it was before it was renovated. The word that comes to mind to summarise this store is “pointless” as it’s now just a mini version of the bigger Woolworths upstairs where previously downstairs had a focus on organic and “free from” foods. Overall this store is only worth a visit to see the very pretty self-serve sweet section.

Bizarre since there is a full sized Woolworths on the upstairs area. The self checkout aspect for using physical money is really complex. The attendant will stare at you.

Opening hours incorrect. Wasted journey.
