Coles Edgecliff

Disappointed with a support person . Asked if they had more of a certain item in stock as the shelf was empty. Told very unfriendly if it's not on the shelf, we ran out of it. Asked a second person. Who then showed me more of the same item in a different place. Thank you to the second person, shame on the first person.

Big store with customer friendly environment and their service is also top notch.

Coles Edgecliff has a face-lift and looks great to do shopping. They have a range of great products and weekly specials. The customer service is very helpful and friendly. It is located on top of the Edgecliff train station. You also get two hours of free parking, so you do your shopping with peace of mind.

I am 7 months pregnant and was just at Coles and filled my trolley and had parked in Aldi carpark and didn't realise they weren't connected and couldn't take my trolley.
A lovely man Rejon walked with me to my car to make sure the wheels didn't lock on the trolley. He was so helpful, I really appreciate it. Thanks Rejon!

Fantastic new layout with wide aisles. Great for social distancing. The best Coles store for array of products. Great fruit and vegetable section. Bakery has expanded. Great service and very clean.

What a glorious supermarket with good veg and fruit; nice fish selection, changing specials, friendly crew at checkouts even the do-it-yourself checkout.

It is better stocked than most of the places in Pott's Point or Woolloomooloo, and just a short train ride from King's Cross station.

Since Coles Edgecliff has expanded they have way more items. If you can't get an item at Kings Cross, Edgecliff WILL have it. Nice friendly staff. Highly recommend.

The best Coles I know because the staff excel at friendly, welcoming customer service and it's open until midnight 7 days (except public holidays). In particular the late evening service staff Rozi and Pooja are always so very nice, it's a pleasure to hand money to them. The nightfill staff are also smiley, welcoming, cooperative and knowledgeable. This Coles is small so very user-friendly for quick shopping visits with a full range of products but not multiple varieties of each. Discounts and markdowns abound. Internal access direct from Edgecliff rail downstairs, and bus station upstairs. Car parking available but I do not use it so look elsewhere for specific parking details. Arcade of 20 or so specialty stores which are mostly food oriented outside.

Had to park there as nothing available at the Mall. Bought a good section of Watermelon there. Partly because they looked perfect...and to get a receipt to get outta the Carpark for FREE

It was astounding. I was so overwhelmed I needed to lay down afterwards. . Can't wait to go again. If only I needed something.

The butcher outside in the main retail area is the best in Sydney. Coles has what is expected.

With mobility problems find the facilities at Edgecliffe station and shopping center very accmomadating
