I don't understand these other reviews! The girls were friendly and chatty, made me feel so comfortable and gave lots of options. Jess was particularly helpful and made great suggestions. Although she offered to order me in the dress, my event was tonight and the size was out of stock in their store so I could not purchase. I would recommend Coco & Lola Double Bay to anyone.

Amazing shopping experience. As someone who struggles to find a dress that suits my body type and often feels discouraged by dress shops, this experience was nothing but ease, convenient and made me feel super confident! My amazing shopping assistant Elkie, was nothing but kind and compassionate, asking all the right questions and picking some fabulous dresses for me. She took into account my need to wear a bra and assured me that finding a dress was possible! After weeks of looking in other shops, I was able to walk out of Coco and Lola with in an hour feeling happy confident and with a dress I love! Thank you! <3

Visited the double bay store today to buy a dress . Sabrina the sales assistant was pleasant , professional her assistance in helping me find a dress was so helpful Love the dress I purchased can not wait to wear it .

I had such amazing service from Jess from the Double Bay boutique. When the dress I loved was not available in my size in store, she happily ordered the dress to be delivered from the Manly store to my home address. Her proactive and friendly service made for such a pleasant shopping experience. I will definitely be returning!

My daughter bought a dress, on the Internet from Coco & Lola, for her Year 12 Formal. After delivery she found it was one size too big. Coco & Lola include a form with the delivered item for returning for a refund or exchange. We then bought the correct size which was delivered quickly. We followed the simple instructions, returned the original dress by mail and received a refund. The included form re returns made the whole process easy.

Not going to lie, I was a little scared walking in here cause it seems kinda intimidating and exclusive, but I was positively surprised! The girls were super friendly to me and took the time to help me look for what I needed.

The shopfront and store layout is very nicely done with a lot of dainty, feminine details. It’s got a downstairs area and then an upstairs area, both with change rooms. There are also a large variety of choices for designers/brands with a lot of beautiful pieces.

The only thing is that the stock is quite limited in some sizes - I guess they’re just a super popular store :) Also, since they sell more designer labels, the prices are not as affordable as other places. But definitely a great store to go to if you’re looking for something nice to wear to an event !!
