Was visiting Sydney and needed some advice on what to get. I wanted to try something different. Got helped by Michael who seemed to know exactly what he was talking about and helped me choose a few different things that are great on their own but also told me what cocktails to make with them. He made sure I had everything I'd need and even boxed it all up for me to take to the counter. Great service and really good pricing. Would highly recommend heading here.

The sommelier within the Double Bay Dan Murphy’s was very helpful and considerate to my target of finding the perfect bottle of wine. His knowledge was very valuable in my search and led me to buy two different bottles. Well done Dan Murphy’s on hiring this man!

This is a brand new store or it always looks like it is. Not a drinker but the perfect place to get gifts for friends and family. Always busy and the staff are always polite and helpful in answering questions. Always lots of stock and choice.

I went in searching for a nice red wine to take to a dinner party. I didn't know much about pinot noirs but was interested to try something new. Troy gave me some really detailed recommendations. I walked out with a bottle which later impressed everyone. Very pleased with the customer service.

Easy access and usually available parking on the roof level
Bonus is the supermarket on the same level

A mate and i bought a tonne of liquor right on close time. The staff were happy to serve us and additionally helped organise the bottles into boxes too.

I had a lovely gentleman help me find the perfect Chardonnay this evening. I believe his name was Andrew. So friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what I wanted and it was even discounted (so I bought 2!).

Best experience I’ve ever had while buying champagne/wine.
Jared/jarrod came up and talked me through champagne and was super knowledgeable, friendly and had tasting notes on every champagne on the shelves. Amazing.

A great bottle shop in the heart of Double Bay that has all your favourites. Great specials and a vast array of choice no matter your preference. The staff are very knowledgeable and eager to help answer questions and provide advice no matter your budget. Highly recommend a visit and enjoy the tasting station if you have time.

Haven’t been here personally but staying in double bay for a bit this visit, my boyfriend came here and said that it - along with the shopping center - are like you’re in Texas or somewhere in anytown USA UK etc that we never visit, but better prices!

Well planned, easily accessible and fully stocked store. The staff are so helpful and friendly, plus they can answer so many questions
The parking is great as it has Woolworths right next door.
There is hardly ever a queue at the checkout and the staff do not try to
upsell to you which means you can go in, buy what you want and not feel like you need to buy more

Studio was helpful and took time to take an order of 4 cases. Give him a pat on back or better still a pay rise. He is a credit to your store

Been shopping here since they opened in 2014. Best Dan Murphy's range in the country, and some of the friendliest, most helpful staff (shout out to Xander)! Excellent wine, champagne and whisky selections, esp the single malt range. Recently bought a bottle of Royal Salute 21 yo which I opened last night, only to find it was spoiled by cork taint. A very rare occurrence with whiskies, but nevertheless when I returned to the store today and spoke with Toby the manager, he took one whiff of the cork and replaced the bottle with no fuss whatsoever. Thanks guys, keep up the great work!

Xander is such a lovely team leader!! Whilst in store, he ensured that I was always comfortable and tended to. He was informative with alcoholic information and knew how to make all customers feel comfortable. Lovely store
