After a major issue with my floor covering over the Christmas break, I have come to realise what a fantastic professional dedicated team who will go out of their way to rectify or replace what has happened with their product they sell and their
workmanship.
A huge thank you to Kristy who received my SOS Facebook message who was so understanding and was quick to respond to my concern.
Also a huge thank you to Wade who came out to my property to assessed what had
happened. Rectified what had happened and was quick to respond at getting it replaced ASAP.
But most of all a huge thank you to the three floor covering guys, who did a professional job lying the new replacement
floor covering.

Amazing service! I had two crazy children in store amongst all those tiles and they didn't blink an eye. The store owner calmly brought them colouring in and pencils & chatted to them quietly whilst Jess asssisted me with our selections. Such a huge help!
We were a little overwhelmed with the wide range of choices available in both looselay vinyl and tiles. So much to choose from!
Jess' knowledge and advice was invaluable. She even had wood swatches to place against the flooring so we could visualise whether our current furniture would match the flooring we chose.
I would definitely recommend the Choices Flooring team & would return here in the future without question.
