I contacted Daniel and Claudio to organise a special private wine tasting event for our family. It was AMAZING!
So well organised, beautiful set up and the line up of wines they presented paired with antipasto and pasta was perfect! Daniel put together a great presentation and all of our guests were blow away with his dedication and knowledge!

Best Italian wine selection I have ever seen in Sydney. Mr Marcella tailors flavours to your palette like a true connoisseur. He paired my tasting experience with delicious salami and pecorino showing me the full depth of the wine.

Italian Wine Cellars/Society has an impressive selection of wines owned and led by knowledgeable sommelier Daniel. We attended a Barolo masterclass where Daniel introduced us to the world of Barolo with a selection of premium Italian wines. Enjoying antipasto and sipping vino, we learned about the Barolo region, tasting notes, and food pairings in a relaxed group setting. Daniel kindly accommodated my gluten intolerance with a separate plate of nibbles. The class was enjoyable and insightful, thanks to Daniel’s warm guidance. At the end of the evening, we couldn’t resist making a purchase. We look forward to attending future tastings!

Such a fun night. Daniel shared his passion and knowledge of these beautiful wines. Tanya taught us how to set a grazing board and Ramona amazed us with her cheese knowledge. Highly recommend a visit to this very innovative venue.

We came for the Italian white wine masterclass and it was absolutely fabulous. Daniel is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his wines and guided us through a variety of amazing Italian wines. The Doppio Vento Frizante was a standout.

The recent wine tasting event featuring exquisite wines from La Magia was an experience par excellence. It was an affair where the magic of wine intertwined with a charming Italian ambiance, forming a perfect symphony for all the senses.

The star of the evening, without a doubt, was the vast array of Brunellos from La Magia, including some exclusive vintages. Each one was an artistic exploration in itself, providing a true taste of the Italian spirit in every sip. Their brilliance was only elevated by the meticulous and engaging explanation provided by Daniel, the ever-so-gracious owner, and the knowledgeable sommelier from La Magia. The passion they infused in their discourse was not just about wine tasting but also about understanding the rich legacy and culture that each bottle represented.

We dropped in after spotting the shop driving past and the experience did not disappoint! Daniel was firstly keen to get to know our palates and preferences - a rare treat to find in Sydney! We then enjoyed an in store tasting of a really different range of Italian reds.
His service and knowledge was incredible and we walked away with a smile and some amazing wine!
We are already looking forward to our next visit.

To say this is an amazing experience is an understatement. The service was exceptional and the wine tasting took us on a journey all the way through Italy taking our tastebuds on a joy ride. The wine selection was so vast, there would be something for everyone. Strongly recommend going for a wine tasting on a Friday or Saturday night and say hi to Daniel and the team. Be sure to grab yourself a bottle or two after the tasting to enjoy later also.

Great to have such an extensive Italian wine outlet in Drummoyne, catering for everyday drinking and special occasion wines. Had a very educational and enjoyable wine tasting experience with Daniel which I would recommend to all lovers of wine. Will definitely be going back to buy more of the interesting wines that I tasted.

My husband and I attended the Puglia masterclass on Thursday evening and thoroughly enjoyed it. The passion, knowledge and emotion that Daniel and Daniele from Vespa Vignaioli brought to the evening made it much more an experience than we expected.

The service and wines were exceptional as were the food accompaniments. Beautiful facility. A great night out with people all interested in wine + Italy! Daniel gave us a great talk on the wine and his enthusiasm was infectious. He gave a very generous amount of tastings of a variety of wines.

We dropped in without knowing what to expect and we walked out having an amazing experience. Daniel, the head sommelier took us on a journey into Italian wines. Definitely will be back for some more wine tasting and now has become our local.
