Sydney Tools Lismore

My partner and I came into the Lismore store. The English sales guy had time to help us to decide what we actually needed for the job and made sure we got the best deal. His level of customer service is hard to come by. I’ll certainly be back for future purchases!!

This place is a great place to buy your tools, Service is great and all the team there are very happy to help and always contact you by phone or email if needed.
I buy a lot of my stuff off these guys and they are always happy to help and make phone calls and inquiries on product. Great service well done.

As a woman just getting her own tools and getting power tools to do projects I really liked how Ryan was so helpful, not mansplaining, clear in directions, took the time to make me feel welcome. Came in last week to buy a few tools for the company I am setting up locally. Chris helped me find what I needed and managed to get a lot more for my money than I anticipated. It’s not easy to find a shop with the amount of stock available along with staff that know the products. I will be back!

A great store with excellent products. Despite being flooded, and presently running on generators, i have found the staff very helpful and lovely to deal with. Easy parking close by. Staff even put a tool together for me before purchase. Top stuff. Will be buying all my power tools from sydney tools from now on.

Very friendly and even though they didn't have the item I was looking for ( because they weren't aloud to stock the particular item I was chasing because another dealer was in there area ) the staff member made several phone calls to other stores to make my request happen and even did a better price . I visited this store today for 2nd time and again the staff was so helpful I had a range of questions about power tools and two staff Members firstly Adam the store manager and team member Hayden were so helpful
Between them they shared their incredible product knowledge with me , after their incredible insight into power tools I was able walk away with the exact power tool I needed.
I would not shop anywhere in Lismore for power tools
