Bunnings Lismore

I visited Bunnings to buy a dog harness and some potting mix.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and when one of the staff members saw me struggling with my trolley, they offered to push it for me.
This staff member talked to my dog the whole time wheeled us to the checkout and then out to the car and then continued to load the contents of the trolley I to my car and then return the trolley for me.
The person on the checkout was also very friendly and helpful.
These people certainly made a dreary day bright.

Excellent customer service from entry through aisles all the way to the checkout 💯👌 Needed internal paint for house , got great advice on paint, brushes, rollers etc . Painted my whole house on a budget 👍 Thanks Lismore Bunnings 👊👏👏

What I like about Bunnings is they'll replace an item free of charge if it goes faulty even if it's past it's warranty date. I've had this happen on two occasions when I've had quite expensive batteries for my garden tools fail five years after I bought them, even though the warranty on them is just 3 years.
If they think their customer has had a bad experience they'll step up on your behalf whatever the cost to themselves.

Bunnings Lismore is a neat, tidy and we'll stocked store. There are public bathrooms, sausage sizzle out the front, cafe inside and friendly atmosphere. The Bunnings app is great for finding items in aisles when you can't find a team member to assist. Mitch at the trade desk is a superstar. Always got a smile and handy tip or piece of information. Two thumbs up.

Any guy would give the place 5 out of 5, it's where we can ditch the wife at the Cafe and spend an hour working on our wishlist.

What I wouldn't give for staff like at Lismore to work on gold coast. Always around when needed,very knowledgeable and helpful. Well done Bunnings Lismore. Even helped my mother in-law load timber into car. Great Stuff .

Bunnings is a shop where you can find lots of stuff that you need and also a place that is open and accessible for long hours.

Bunnings never really let's you down as you'll go there for something but also find heaps of things you didn't know they had as well.

What a great shopping experience we had there yesterday. It’s the first time we’ve been in since the floods and every single team member we encountered said hello and was friendly. My special praise goes to Evee who was on her first day in plants but she was excellent! Thanks, it was a joy to shop there.

Why did the chicken not cross the road because he slipped on some cooked onion

I love it when staff take the initiative. I cornered a staff member to ask about taps I had selected. He confirmed they were suitable for what I wanted. He went the extra step by asking me more about my requirements and was thereby able to provide me with an even better solution. Great service!

I brought my puppy to the store, and when she decided to cause a scene and I needed to take her out of the store as she was crying loudly - the two women at the door made me feel super welcome still, and asked me if the puppy was okay and chatted to me. They could have been really rude and dismissive but were super respectful and friendly and immediately stopped me from feeling embarrassed (despite the stares from some other shoppers!).Thankyou 😊

Amazing, very helpful and friendly staff! I was here on 22 Sep 2021. I’ve misplaced my mobile phone when I was busy looking for some gardening accessories and shared with one the lovely staff (wish I know her name) who was busy working at the picnic table/chairs aisle. She immediately offered to call my mobile no to check if it’s ringing. I tracked back to the aisle 18 where I was initially and a gentleman (wish I know his name too) who helped me previously informed me that my mobile phone is at the service desk. What an honest individual! Well done, Bunnings Lismore for an AMAZING team culture! THANK YOU!!!
