The costume I hired was perfect for Halloween and the hire process was easy. Great customer service - very helpful staff.

They have an incredible choice of costumes which are not in boxes therefore able to be tried on in their many change rooms. Terrific personalised service and definitely one of the very best costume hire venues in Brisbane! I'll be back and will also be recommending my own friends in future for sure! 🙂

Awesome experience. Shipping was extremely fast, and the item arrived in perfect condition. I appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction. Didn't even think my order would arrive in time for the Book Week. My granddaughter was overwhelmed with happiness dressing up in her fave costume!

We rented themed Roman costumes for the whole family. They were awesome. The staff was very helpful, bagged our costumes for us and let us keep them for a week. Good quality costumes and service. Will definately be back next Halloween. Go in a week early and miss standing in line like a fool.

My partner and I attended the costume company today to purchase some costumes for a Halloween party. The owner and other store lady were so lovely and friendly and helpful. Went back to The Costume Company again for an outfit for our themed dinner this year. There is so much choice with neatly stacked shelves packed with every imaginable era and theme!
