Wonderful people. Don’t know what the other reviews are going on about . The service here is fast n friendly.
Today, 20 July I got served by a lovely clear speaking Lady.
Place is clean, staff always emptying bins that people dump their rubbish in and should use the bin at home 🏡

Windscreen wash bucket always full and with soap, hand towels always full.

Every Sunday we have a tradition of coffee and muffin at the Coles Servo on the way to church. The lovely lady on staff each Sunday makes our day that much more special. Thank you for just being awesome. Shout out to Donna too I think that’s her name- she’s great as well. Best thing to have happened to Kedron since farmer joes left.

Friendly, helpful staff recently but better signage indicating which direction to enter pumps from supermarket carpark would be helpful.

Excellent service well laid out store and prompt service. Also good for a quick chat that can be hard to find in Brisbane busy service stations.

Quick and good placement

I regularly shop here - the older woman who was working at 11:15am on Sunday the 13th of November 2022 is the rudest attendant I have ever encountered.

Bullying and belittling customers was not part of the job when I worked for Coles. I placed my voucher on the counter and Flybuys card and she sighed, very loudly, rolled her eyes and shoved them back at me using her pen to move them. Then barked at me "scan Flybuys card" or something whacking the self-scan machine with her pen. She then yelled at me with an extremely passive aggressive tone to have a good day.

I am a regular customer and normally really happy with the service here however yesterday I experienced very rude service. The woman behind the counter spoke sharply and pointed at things. I could not understand her mumbling. She apparently was pointing at the scanner for barcodes that I had for discounted fuel. I asked 3 times for her to repeat what she said. She was very rude and didn't try to ci.municate clearly or kindly. I felt like I was treated like I was stupid. Service was just horrible and that lady serving made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable.

If U are going to wear a mask that's not required at least speak loud and clearly. Then to have a go at the customer because I can't here U mumbling behind Ur huge mask is pretty average. 0/10 for customer service.

As a regular customer, Just filled up my car and the dude cashier doesn't look like enjoying his job even it was quite, had not greeting, unhappy attitude and on top of that ,I tried to scan my flybuys using my phone screen , their scanner couldn't do it... I know in these cases they can manually type in the few numbers but he really did not care and not will to do so ...I prefer to take a longer trip to another store next time.

This servo has the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I went through last night and the lady that served me complained to me about having to serve me because I didn’t get enough fuel. Complaining that she had to leave the freezer and she has stuff to do.

Apparently toilet is for staff only atm, very poor attitude when asked where the nearest toilet is was referred to BP.
