Ideal Bathroom Centre

Just visited their large showroom with everything you would need to design a bathroom, from tiles to tap wear. We were served by Andrew who had 30+ years experience in the industry and honestly he made our lives so easy because of his knowledge and expertise! He has great product knowledge and also has an abundance of technical advise to help save money and design a practical bathroom.

I ordered our laundry room, kitchen and 3 bathrooms items from them ( mixers, bathtubs basins,shower heads, tiles and so on) Leon has been super helpful and patience with me. They got great arrange of products and with great deal too. I can’t recommend them more!

We just completed our x2 bathrooms and 1 laundry renovation at our home in Gordon NSW. Ideal bathroom was recommended to us by a friend, to which we are very grateful. We worked with a gentleman called Leon supported by Andy. Both had in-depth knowledge and understanding of products and their design implications which was critical during our design discussions and decisions. The results are amazing and thanks to Ideal Bathroom team, the journey was smooth and enjoyable. I’ve recommended these guys to all my family and friends. I’ll attach some photos for reference.

Don't trust the 1 star reviews! I live in Gold Coast and my delivery arrived well before estimated time of arrival. I purchased 2 free standing Vanities. The Milano Federation 1200mm and 1500mm. Due to bad reviews I held back in placing my order and I regret it because it has delayed my renovations wasting time trying to find something that would at least come close to their vanities. I'm so glad I just went ahead and placed the order.
My order arrived within 3 weeks! Packed so nicely, exactly what I ordered. Great product finish, no chips and to make my day even better, Eva gave me a bit of a discount on my second purchase. This company has such a huge and much nicer range of products than most bathrooms showrooms and no one can beat their prices! I would not hesitate to purchase anything from them in the future.

Starting our renovations this week!!

I have had 2 separate orders from Ideal Bathroom Centre. 2 baths and a vanity.
Eva who served me was exceptional, and provided fantastic customer service and product knowledge.
I live in Queensland and I ordered over the phone.
The products I bought were of high quality and prices were so good compared to other sellers.

Spent weeks/months looking at bathroom showrooms to little success. Visited Amber, Beaumont, Bunnings and other places to name some.

We found that Ideal Bathrooms really made the process much easier and I’d highly recommend giving them a visit.

The showroom may not be huge but they are flexible and the staff are very helpful.

After many struggles we walked out with the key items we needed and plan to return when we do the second bathroom.

They may not have everything you want but they will get you started.

As mentioned we found the staff very helpful, patient and Knowledgable. I think it was Leon who helped us and he was great, run off his feet but really helpful and patient non the less.

Great customer service. Our vanity arrived damaged and the team were great at arranging a replacement. The product is made well, we couldn’t be happier with it.

Having visited multiple showrooms from lighting, tiling to bathroom ware recently, I have to say that the exceptional service renderer by Leon was the truly the best and has truly impressed me.

Leon shares his great wealth of knowledge honestly and patiently and nothing is troublesome for him. An update; Andy accidentally called the wrong customer being myself to let me know my order is on its way. After a quick clarification it was sorted. Today I got a call from my builder letting me know the plumbing needs to be here Wednesday morning. I contacted Ideal Bathroom Centre and spoke to Andy, the champion within 5 minutes organised for the plumbing to be here in time.
I can’t believe how amazing these people are, their customer service is above and beyond, absolutely exceptional.

This company is amazing - firstly the product a bath is beautiful great quality and a superb price. Not only that but the after service was absolutely top class. I had some issues with the bath waste and Andy went above and beyond to solve this issue. I really can’t recommend Ideal bathroom centre enough legends 😊

Looked online - went to their Macquarie Park office Sat afternoon was assisted by Leon - ordered vanity was there as promised by Monday - service and follow up was excellent. Carried it to my car and loaded it.

I recently purchased my second lot of tiles from Ideal Bathroom Centre MacquariePark. I have just been to pick them up and the young man working loaded the whole lot into my car with out complaint. I paid to have tiles delivered from another company and they would only drop at the curb. Great customer service and reasonably priced tiles.

we attended ideal bathroom in macq park. I cannot recommend Ideal Bathroom Centre in Macquarie Park enough!! After having been to several other bathroom companies, many of which were out west as I thought we could get better prices, I ended up going to the Macquarie Park showroom of Ideal Bathroom Centre. They have quite a lot of products on show and Andy was very knowledgable. He gave us good prices, was very easy to deal with and organised everything easily. The other people working there were always super responsive, dealt with any issues very quickly and were flexible to meet our needs. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.
