There is no customer service phone number if you have an online ordering issue. Apparently they answer only when they feel like it. You can’t even leave a message.

Hello, we are frequent customers at coffee club at Airport West in Melbourne opposite your store. It's nice to sit down and have a peaceful coffee, lunch or conversation. It is unfortunate your store has thumping loud music playing constantly. All customers can hear is the thumping base of your stereo.. It would be considerate if you could turn down the volume or reduce the base. Extremely annoying and unnecessary. It's honestly like a hoon in a car with thumping vibration. Please show some consideration for other people and businesses in the centre. If you think this entices people into your store then you're sadly mistaken.

I've had the worst customer service today in the Warriewood store. The Manager was particularly rude and condescending when I queried an exchange due to a store having an item on the incorrect size hanger. Dont bother shopping here, you can get much nicer service in other stores.

Staff in your stores address customers as "darling" (ie: the "mature" female customers). Perhaps they believe it is endearing or that as older women we like it and some may well do so, but to me it is not only irritating but condescending, patronising and age discriminating and myself and my friends are really sick of it. They think that it’s nice and friendly, but would they call a male customer “sweetie” or “sonny” - I doubt it - a male customer would be called "Sir". There is an alternative to “darling”, it is “Ma’am”. It is better than “Madam” which has an implied connotation to someone being a brothel owner, and if Ma’am is good enough for the Queen, then although it is dated, I prefer to any other term of greeting. Look I only go to your stores to spend my money, nothing more. I am not your staff's friend and really don’t give a toss about them or their problems or any number of special offers. If I have to put up with being called “darling” in order to buy what I want, then your stores will not get my business anymore. Next tine it happens I will simply turn and walk out.

Terrible Poor Rude customer service
I was at the store today to purchase a jacket
There was a rack and it had some Twin sets for $40 dollars
As I picked one I could see it was faulty
So I asked the sales lady she had as accent and I was really horrified to hear her answer
NO it is only what is the and well it is on sale you getting it for $40 dollars
I told her that is a terrible way to think like that as we customers still have to pay and if it is faulty it should be on the rack
I used to buy a lot from this store but I will not be going back
Disappointed and discussed by this woman’s attitude
