I come here a lot for work supplies and printing. In particular, the printing counter can be chaotic - there's often not enough staff to cope with all the customers, and those customers can be cranky, full of extra questions and requests. On multiple occasions I've seen a staff member Katya (I think? Long brown hair) who is always calm under pressure, answering all her colleagues' questions and helping them out when they are stuck and going the extra mile for the customer, even when they are visibly impatient or downright rude. I'm really impressed with her customer service and attitude, I hope she is in some sort of management role and if not, she should be! Deserves a raise for sure 👏

The lady at printing service rebounded my binder with newly updated pages! Excellent service and great work! Thank you!

OFFICEWORKS NORTH RYDE - GREAT ATTITUDE, SERVICE AND ARRAY OF STOCK

After a disastrous experience dealing with OFFICEWORKS HORNSBY, where I was spoken down too by a pompous and arrogant would be Manager and was told he was feeling threatened, it was nice to be welcomed with a smile and received prompt and efficient service.

OFFICEWORKS NORTH RYDE has a well laid out store, staff who are friendly and show respect and treat you with manners and politeness. The amount of stock they have is great, the variety amazing and you can get just about everything you want - and the staff will smile. This is such a change from the other store I had been dealing with - I will change my home store.

My advice to anyone and everyone, this store is great - thinking Officeworks think NORTH RYDE. Forget the rest, this one is miles ahead in every department.

This is the best Officeworks store in NSW. Excellent product range and a very friendly store layout. You will find all products you need for home office and corporate offices.

Although I cannot stand businesses continuously training and conditioning us to do THEIR work (read self service checkouts and do-it-yourself printing), and despite the fact that the person manning the printing desk alone on busy Kings Birthday holiday tried to do exactly that (train me to do it myself), she was very nice about it and I'm sure it's company policy, so she had to do it, but then she did do my printing job and she was very helpful. I think her name was Areeya, that's the name on my receipt. Well, she's a legend.

I have been there twice or perhaps thrice and the service was impeccable. The best that I have witnessed ever in any shop. They cooperate and try to resolve your problem as much as they can. They consultations are excellent too. They have a happy patron !

We went just to purchase stationary for our daughter but found an awesome electrical height adjustable desk. I approached IZABELLA who was there at floor , and she checked for it , unfortunately wasn’t there in any of shelf’s. Looking at my request personally she reached out to her senior and made sure that would get it available - so wait of 20 min was worth as her dedication and hard work made this happen .
And on top she was so humble that offered to help in getting it loaded to vehicle . Your each effort is Much appreciated!!! Hope you get rewarded for all your efforts and hard work !! Keep up good work and all the best !!

Their team are excellent, working tirelessly and efficiently. Stuart and Mungo were Godsent to me this morning. I was laminating a placemat for my granddaughter. They were running out of gloss laminex. Just as when Mungo ran upstairs n downstairs n everywhere through their inventory to find one for me, Stuart suggested that he went to open up a new pack (which would hv cost me a lot more while I would not know what to do with the balance). Eventually, the job was immaculately done. Thank you for this dedicated customer service and professionalism. They truly went an extra mile for their customers regardless of big or small dollar business. I am very happy and satisfied! It’s that little act of kindness that makes a customer happy. Wish other ppl could do that.

Great service. I go there at least once a week for supplies and printing. Sometimes they're crazy busy at the printing counter, they do their best to process everyone. I've never had a terrible experience. I think some of the one star reviews here are unfair.

I would recommend this store to anyone looking for great customer service. I speak with a young lady who answers the phone to me on several occasions and is so polite and very helpful. This young lady name unknown is a credit to this store. Thank you Anne Williamson.

BISHAL, the Customer service officer deserves commendation. He is technically excellent with the products, provides excellent technical support. Amazingly, he can serve many customers simultaneously and is very efficient.

Fantastic customer service from Michael at the print station. My fiancé and I were printing off place cards and table numbers but were quite confused about the materials and the printing process. Michael explained in detail all of our concerns even though the store was very busy. Thank you Michael

After waiting ten minutes in line while Luka ignored me to help young blonde girls, Dali came over to help me. Even though North Ryde didn't have what I wanted in stock, Dali went out of his way to help and showed me how I could order what I was after. I really appreciated his help.

We thank you so much Rosie for your professionalism and commitment concerning the photocopying of our ancestral history. The copy we brought to your department was a rough draft of a nine hundred year detailed history research dating back to the fourteenth hundreds.

Great customer service, especially by this tall bloke named Dali.

After I bought a new printer cartridge, I made a mistake of putting both the used cartridge and drum in the recycling bin. I only realised my mistake later that night and went back to the store. The recycle cartridge bins have been packed up by this time. After explaining the situation to the team, Dali came along, went thought bags of used cartridges, got his hands dirty and retrieved the drum for me with a smile.

I am impressed with the level of service and will definitely recommend the store to anyone. Dali is the kind of employee that should be looked after and promoted when opportunity open.

The world was in shambles and I needed a quick poster custom made for a birthday party that same day. As all hope was lost Josh at the print and Copy section saved the day giving me the quickest poster ever made. Gods Speed Josh you deserve a promotion

I personally have had an overall good experience with Officeworks here. Today I went in (midday on Sat) to get about 100pgs printed and bound and the lady attending the printing service was so lovely and super helpful, she got the job done in less than 5 mins!
Waiting time for printing will definitely depend on the time you go in, sometimes it's busy and the wait is half an hour or longer, but today was probably the fastest I've been served and happy about that!

If you want office supplies, stationery, arts, chairs, desks, phones, routers or photo printing, binding etc... then this is the shop for you, it's well stocked and plenty of helpful staff to ask questions. Parking is at the front of the store, although it can get quite busy sometimes. Very competitive on price.

Shopped for a MacBook today, Kevin was incredibly helpful and very polite. Will definitely be coming again! Thank you!
