Amazing little shop, with so much to choose from! I was attending an awesome workshop in the training room next door, and was given an opportunity to have a quick look around and purchase a few things. The staff were super nice and very helpful. Very reasonable prices as well! It was very busy inside (which I love to see with small businesses), but the ladies got the customers through the tills quickly with no stress, whilst still providing service with a smile. I was very impressed!

I live in Hammond Park, but definitely will be making the 35-minute drive back next month to take a longer look and to buy lots of fun goodies. 😊

Soon I opened the door, one worker said hello with the very friendly & big smile. & I asked for help with the other lady, she helped me with the happy & positive attitude. Absolutely amazing place. I had never been before and went for the first time yesterday. Customer service is amazing. Help arrived as soon as we stepped into the shop. The team was able to help me brainstorm ideas. They have the most delicious cake mixes as well. The purple one was delicious. We will be coming again and again.

A friend who is a serious baker recommended I drop in here. The staff were really lovely, helped me with an alternate cake mix and great recommendations for my overly ambitious Christmas cake.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff . I have been going here for almost 3 years now . I’ve had to go to another cake shop for last minute stuff because of poor preparation on my part and I cringe when I have to go there because they are nowhere as kind , knowledgeable and welcoming than Cake Tinz . It’s great for first time bakers and career bakers . Their courses and workshops are the bomb.com and their range of products is awesome . Don’t bother going anywhere else

If I could give this shop more than 5 stars I would! The range of products is great for it's size, doesn't matter if you're a beginner or a professional. And the absolute sweetest staff.

Fabulous little (but with heaps of products) cake & decorating store. Some many cool little gems inside and very lovely and helpful customer service. Can’t wait to do my next order! 🥰😍

I find the staff at this store knowledgeable and friendly. I bake for my kids birthdays only and the lovely staff here are always able to offer not only a wide range of products but also helpful advice and suggestions.

I don't live anywhere near this place but it's worth the drive, staff are super friendly and helpful. Gave me lots of cake advice. You can tell they are really passionate about helping people make good cakes.
