Absolutely fantastic bed bought from here at a cheap price. The salesman was wonderful and helpful, he gave us no big spiels or pressure, just advice and exactly what we wanted. Bed was delivered in a couple of days without any fuss or hassle. Definitely recommend getting a bed from this place.

Went in today as we needed a bed that moves up and down for my mum who is disabled. The customer service we received was amazing to say the least. We didn’t bother shopping around as everything was explained to us. The reasons we purchased was the amazing deal we were given plus removal of the old bed and moving another bed into another room plus delivery and assembly of the new bed. We live about 45 mins away but were in the area. Would never shop anywhere else again for my bed. Highly recommended. Not pushy at all and gave us the time to discuss if privately before we made the decision.

Great experience. Lady very helpful and not pushy as some sales people can be. Felt like fair price I paid and delivery was prompt. Go back again for sure.

We purchased a bed and mattress from here and arranged for delivery, I have no concerns with the product however we haven’t been able to use it since it arrived 4 days ago with no screws, fittings or instructions to put it together. What’s even more disappointing is that no one we’ve been in contact with seems to be particularly in a rush to solve the issue. We’ve already dismantled our old bed and arranged for it to be taken away. The customer service has been despicable. I even tried contacting another branch who were open later for support and they didn’t answer their phone! Definitely won’t be using these guys again, as stated the products and prices are great but in all honestly we’ve paid thousands of dollars to sleep on a mattress on the floor at this stage.

After having to go to the extent of posting Google reviews to get an answer this matter was “resolved” 5 days after purchasing a bed we paid $3000 for. The communication from the Kelmscott branch was non-existent and the Malaga brand arranged for the screws to be delivered. They offered to put the bed together which I declined and I was then informed this would be done regardless as they were on their way to do it. To say that this was rail-roaded customer service is an understatement. Communication then ramped up based on this review, I have received multiple calls and even an SMS asking me to remove them which is curious seeing as trying to get communication whilst the issue was occurring was almost non-existent. I would NOT recommend purchasing a bed from the Kelmscott branch and if you want good customer service I definitely wouldn’t suggest Maddington (10 plus calls whilst they were open and not a single call picked up). At the end of the day the bed has been put together and it’s decent enough quality however next time I’ll be spending money with a more reputable company as we have done in the past.
