Petbarn Kelmscott

Visited Petbarn Kelmscott yesterday after being frustrated with our dog pulling while walking. I got served by Emma who asked what I was looking for and was very happy to help and explained the pros and cons of harnesses, slip leads etc. I was very impressed with her knowledge and left with her recommendation.
Game changer .. perfect walking last night with no pulling. Thanks Emma I appreciate your help.

Huge thankyou to all the crew at this menagerie of toys, food and treats for everything that meows, barks or swims.
Particular heartfelt high five to Holly for assisting with our 8 week old super fussy eater of a puppy.
At our wits end what to do with the little tyke as no matter what we tried, he just wasn't interested in anything, her suggestion was tried and hey presto , he chowed down like a ravenous wolf!!🤣

Petbarn Kelmscott is my now go to store, they have all the products you need, great sales and discounts. Your Staff Member Sabastian was so helpful to me on Thursday 29 June 2023, Sabastian was so nice, and he actually spent the time with me, he helped me with all my products, and the products he helped me with, I purchased, The times are changing on customer service, and this store is fantastic, as it still provides you with good old real customer service, that we have always had. Sabastian would have to be one of the nicest helpful sales person I have met, you have a great worker in your store, those type of workers are hard to find, and I hope he gets to see this review, as he deserves the recognition. i was even helped to the car with all my products, I drove away happy. The Pet Groomers at Armadale Pet Barn are so gentle with my elderly male half ragdoll cat, he has his claws trimmed regularly. From the cashier at the front, to the groomers positioned at the back of the store they all think my baby boy cat 😺 is just the cutest, with his beautiful blue eyes. 🐾❤🐾🌟👍

Today I went to Petbarn as I'm having trouble with my little girl and her stomach. Zac helped me and was very knowledgeable on Melteses and there issues.
Thank you Zac for all your help and I would highly recommend Zac to anyone who needs help with their fur babies. Thanks again Zac.

A friendly welcome, knowledgeable staff and reasonably priced pet goods.

Great range of products in a clean store. Click and collect available making it easy to come in and pick up items. Fish are well cared for and hardy, living for months. Many dog food options including kibble and raw. Many flea and worm treatment options for dogs and cats. Well behaved Pets welcomed on a lead in store which has a water bowl and digital scales so you can keep an eye on your pets weight easily.

I love going to Petbarn Kelmscott, the staff are always friendly, knowledgeable & very friendly. When I got a cat after always having a dog. The staff were patient & understanding, providing me with information & giving me samples to try until I got it right. 😁

They were open new years day so I could pick up a new fishtank after my old one sprung a leak.

Wow I went to petbarn Kelmscott to grab some puppy toys on 19th July..
The young girl that served me was extremely pleasant and helpful..just sorry I didn't get her name..The best customer service I've had in a long time..definitely will come back to this store and I've been recommending you to everyone..Thanks petbarn..
