Want it? Need it? They have it! Plenty of helpful friendly staff, who also give you space to browse. Lots of parking. Suggest entering and exiting the complex from southbound side of Albany Hwy - not many breaks in traffic.

Only been in a hand full of times but greeted and looked after every single time. Gentleman named Rob had all the time in the world for me while I was faffing around making decisions all the way up to closing time this evening and then still have me a ripper deal on a rod real combo. Honestly I have a love hate relationship with this store! Love how helpful the staff are, there range of products and their knowledge of said products. Hate how much god dam money I always spend in there, misses is in the process of trying to get me banned 🙃

Getaway outdoors has by far the best range of outdoor supplies, I mainly go for there range of fishing gear as they stock quality gear not just the cheap stuff. If I need quality fishing gear I go to getaways

The staff were helpful and cheerful on a Friday morning just after store opening hours. I came to get a snorkel set and they talked through some options. Glad to have a good local outdoor shop close to my house

My chair what was a couple months old broke, very polite staff here offered me a store credit or a refund, got a very good deal, thank you very much guys highly recommend this store,

Michelle and team are fantastic. Recently purchased a Hobie Compass with accessories which I absolutely love. Michelle is a kayak fisher herself and offers excellent advice. Customer service is top notch. Highly recommended.
