Washed my dog here and I’ll definitely come back he did great and the layout / set up to wash your dog is perfect and very affordable to DIY :)

Better Pets and gardens have a fantastic range of supplies for pets and gardens. My feline family are extremely pleased with their gymnasium.

The people here are absolutely amazing, super friendly and full of the right advice. They aided me in finding the right harness for my Pup who loves to pull on walks. Bear is so strong he can easily pull 150kgs when he wants so walking him was a nightmare, now, thanks to the harness they suggested, walking him is super easy and a lot more fun. And that’s just one item, now anytime I need something for my pets these people are the first people I go to.

So helpful and friendly. I appreciated staff taking my heavy purchases to my car. Thankyou.

Always have a good experience at this store. Staff are friendly and helpful, prices are competitive and the range is good. They stock items I can't find at other stores locally as well - like my elderly dog's favourite treats. Back in March my dog was poorly, and the only thing she was starting to eat were those treats... I rang past closing on Wednesday 15th March, very frazzled, and somebody (I think maybe his name started with a D... maybe Daniel or Denzel?) still answered the phone and went to check if they were in stock so I could come by first thing Thursday morning. Having worked in retail, I know how much of a pain it is when people ring past closing but I was so appreciative. When I came in Thursday morning, the staff on were great too. I meant to leave a review earlier to thank the man who answered the call on Wednesday evening, and the store in general, but it completely slipped my mind. So I hope my delayed thanks and review still reaches the staff! (And yes, my dog is thankfully doing much better now!)

I am a lifelong customer of Better Pets and Gardens, and for good reason. As a proud pet owner of cats, a dog, and even a few chickens, I rely on this store for all of my pet-related needs. From food and toys to bedding and grooming supplies, Better Pets and Gardens has it all.

But what really sets this store apart from the rest is the level of customer service. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable, and they go above and beyond to ensure that I find exactly what I'm looking for. They are also happy to offer recommendations and advice on how to best care for my furred, feathered, and scaled friends.

The store itself is clean, organized, and well-stocked with a wide variety of products. And the prices are very competitive, especially given the high quality of the items.

In short, I highly recommend Better Pets and Gardens to any pet owner. Whether you have a single goldfish or a whole menagerie, you'll find everything you need (and more!) at this wonderful store. Thank you, Better Pets and Gardens, for all that you do!

Came in about 2 weeks ago, Drew served me in store and on the phone and he was so friendly and helpful, including carrying my 20kg Meals For Mutts dog kibble to the car. i will keep returning because of the great customer service he has given me (yet again as this wasn’t the first time he has served me with 5/5 stars) 😊

Always friendly staff. Go here for the dog wash, yes have to pay but the products used in the wash are quality and keep the dog clean for a while. Good selection of goods and prices are not bad.

FANTASTIC SERVICE been a long time that I have gone into a retail store and a staff member has asked if I need help. And even offered to take our products to our car. We'll done .

The staff at this particular store are very friendly and helpful. I understand it's a family concern, so maybe that makes the difference. I'm regularly asked if I need any assistance and when I have help lifting heavy items into the boot it's always done willingly with a smile. There's also plenty of parking.

Great customer service here. Friendly staff always offer to help take heavy bags of poultry feed out to my car for ne.

The staff here have been wonderful 🌟 my dog had her first bath here and even though the young lady wasnt obligated to help me she saw I wasn't doing so well and stepped in. Without her my dog Bella and I would have been traumatized before I was done 😁. They are all very friendly and helpful can't praise them enough, from helping me to choose a bed and the right treatment to treats and her bath. Thankyou!
