I was greeted and looked after by Sean from the moment I stepped in to the store. Very knowledgeable and gave me genuine advice to me to choose the correct hiking boot. I am sure everyone here knows their stuff but I genuinely enjoyed how Sean dealt with me as a customer. 10/10!

Dan was absolutely lovely! I was struggling to buy some shoes and he was super friendly, helpful and his calm demeanor made me comfortable. He wasn't pushy and I really appreciated talking to him. Long time customer, primarily online and occasionally in-store at the Brisbane location. Every time I've visited the staff have been friendly and helpful, particularly with shoe fitting, and the store is really well stocked.

WOW! Just had the MOST amazing experience in this store.
Wendy was the most lovely, knowledgeable, and caring staff member we (myself and my friend) have EVER encountered. We were feeling so lost an overwhelmed with what products to get for the Camino de Santiago and Wendy blew our literal sock off with all her guidance and suggestions. I have never left a store feeling more confident and supported.

Today, my son and I were shopping for wall climbing shoes and unfortunately my son had a meltdown inside the store. Your staff, Mez(?) surely has been so extra helpful, accommodating and showed genuine concern to us. She was very patient on top of being so knowledgeable with the items we purchased. Good range and a good choice of quality goods. Prices are reasonable. The staff that I dealt with were very helpful and spent a lot of time with me assisting with bag fitting.

I wanted to get some climbing shoes, but try them on first. Their prices are pretty good and saves a trip into the city for the other climbing gear retailers. Great service, the sales staff seemed knowledgeable, or at least more knowledgeable than me. There was a clerical error that changed the price of my purchase and they honoured the lower price, which was nice. Absolutely try your shoes for fit first because they don't offer returns for climbing shoes.

I am searching for a hiking pack and my experience at Wild Earth so far has been excellent thanks to Lachlan. He was very patient & friendly taking time to assist me with fitting each pack correctly to ensure premium comfort. His broad knowledge has given me the confidence to purchase the pack best suited to my needs. I would highly recommend Wild Earth to everyone looking for an exceptional shopping experience.

I went to Wild Earth looking for a pair of gaiters and hiking boots and was assisted in store by Gill. He was excellent. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. Great service, very knowledgeable staff. Took the time to walk me through the options for my new climbing shoes and rope. Jeffery was happy to talk me through (and sell me) what I wanted, but also gave me other options to consider. I went with different shoes than I originally thought, but got the rope I planned on. Put them both their paces at kp and hour after purchasing and super happy with the results.

I am preparing for an Ultra Trail run for which I needed new gear. Yana expertly gave me options and demonstrated very clearly how it would benefit me in my endeavors. She was extremely helpful and happy to answer many of the questions I put to her. A great wealth of knowledge!

Hidden gem, store has a massive range of gear in stock and a decent online store as well. Definitely exceeded my expectations. I've only shopped here once and haven't had to test any warranty issues, but will definitely return 👍
