Great selection of books and wonderful service

Very helpful friendly staff. I found exactly what i was looking for. They have a very good range of books in the young adult section.

I have received such lovely customer service from the staff at the Karrinyup Dymocks.
My whole family is down with COVID and my son's sixth birthday is approaching next week without any way for me to buy him presents. I phoned the store and spoke with Jamie and Bella who were only too happy to listen to my requests and go hunt down developmentally appropriate books for my son in the topics he likes. They then collated them, photographed them front and back and emailed the choices to me! They even offered to have staff drop the purchased books to my door for only $5 despite being short-staffed by covid themselves.
This is fantastic customer service! Thank you - I can't say how much I appreciate it.

This is why even though Dymocks will always be a bit more expensive than getting your books from Kmart or Big W, I am happy to pay it to support keeping this local bookstore in business.

I went in for one specific book which I had to put on order, but ended up ordering the 4 books in the series plus a single book by the same author Con Ingulden. Great author. The shop assistant was absolutely brilliant, I use a mobility scooter and she went and got books for me to view. Got a Dymocks Discount Card too.

Such helpful staff that went above and beyond to help my friend find a book.

Dymocks staff have always been Helpfull and nothing seems to bother them ,even posted books out when im unalbe to pick them up

Wanted a particular book that had 1 left but was difficult to find. Staff were super helpful. Found the book in question. Christmas saved.

Although the store is small for a book shop, it has a good range of books. The staff are very knowledgeable and looking for an out of stock book is no problem for them.

The team members on duty were very nice, polite & helpful; the book I was looking for was in stock, and I bought some Christmas presents too - WINNING!

There's something about the setting of this Dymocks that gives it a nice feel. Not a lot of good book stores remaining in Perth so it's welcome to have a nice store that always motivates me to pick up a book

Great place for a range of book collection but not religious books e.g Christian books.

Just like all dymocks, great range of all books friendly staff and will order books in for you they don't have in stock.

Very helpful & cheerful lady at the desk, she knows her books, & seems very passionate! Wonderful!
