Myer Karrinyup

Today is boxing day in 2023, i really appreciate to Chloe, who works in MAC. She is a professional lipstick expert, helping me to choose lipstick as gifts to my family.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Lily at Myer menswear in Karrinyup (I believe she also works the city store). It can be frustrating finding sizes during sales but Lily went out of her way to assist us to get all of the items that we needed and made our shopping experience a positive one. She even tracked down a jacket from another store that had sold out and now it’s being delivered to our home free of charge. Thank you Lily, I hope that Myer realises how lucky they are to have such a valuable member of staff with a positive attitude. Jacqui

Looks really good with the new upgrades done to the centre. Lots of different stores that are a little more upmarket! Multi deck parking is a bit scary at first visit, but we managed!

Shout out to Chris. Fantastic customer service. Knows the products. Knows where to find them and will go hunt them down if not on showroom floor. He has served me a couple of times and could not fault his service. Real credit to Myer.

Around two weeks ago, I had such high quality and polite customer service from a lady named Jumaima, in the kids section at Myer, Karrinyup. She went above and beyond to help me with my situation while the ladies at a different section of Myer were not very helpful, at all. Jumaima was a new employee but managed the situation with professionalism and was able to think laterally to solve the problem. So impressed with her. Thank you.

An absolute fabulous shopping experience today with Julia in from the jewellery department. Her patience, knowledge and fantastic professional service made our slightly indecisive shop a truly wonderful one. Thank you Julia you are a gem!!

When visiting your Karrinyup store, I needed help and your staff member, Adriana (from MAC) went out of her way to help me with my query. She was extremely helpful and very friendly.
A pleasure to deal with.

I had to buy a nice suits today then had my eyes on 3 suits from different brands.
I was then approached by this sales lady from Cambridge shop and she explained everything from suits size to colour scheme by occasions.
I tried a bit different colour to my usual choice but I love this beautiful charcoal coloured suits I purchased.
I also love the shirts, tie and square she recommended which my friend also agreed.
As I work for a leading airline providing services to passengers, I can really recommend the experience and service provided by this store.

Thursday 26th October myself and my 2 beautiful friends went to Myer and the lady who served us was so lovely! her customer service was unmatched, she was so friendly, all smiles and had a good laugh with us, please pass on our appreciation!! we’re pretty sure her name was Iva or Ira - she was working in the perfume section!!

When you want the best choice and best guilty products, this is the shop, of course, everything including pricing is upmarket, but still very affordable.

It was so lovely to be out and ab again. I was in for a big surprise as I hadn't been inside since the renovations. I always enjoy my experience shopping at Myers. I had to collect some purchases I had made. It was so easy. I like the fact that Myers is spacious and easy to manoeuvre especially as I am in a wheelchair chair. I love the great variety of items there and the bargains.

A great Myers in a freshly renovated store. Parking is terrible, but that doesn't affect the store. The staff were helpful and pointed me to alternative stores when I was unable to get the size I required.

This review is for amazing staff at Level 1. I forgot to ask her name, however, I went to Karrinyup looking for a specify Jane D shoe. The lady looked but couldn’t find a missing shoe in my size. She looked at the system when I told her how I was looking for this pair, and went above and beyond looking for the shoe in the new stocks area. What a wonderful women. You made my day!!!!! I am talking that extremely pretty inside out women. Thank you!
