Bstore - Karrinyup

Was in Bstore Karrinyup last week and got the best service. Sandals were fitted perfectly and the lady was very courteous . Customer service at its best. Will be back to buy more. Thank you.

Hi there, I have been into this store on three separate occasions and have always been extremely happy with the service. The young sales lady, I think her name is Maddy, is delightful. One of my favourite stores in Karrinyup.

Just went there with my wife and daughter to shop for their shoes… friendly greeting upon entering the store and very helpful to find the right shoes for them. Thank you so much Elizabeth! A very delightful experience.

The young girl that served us today was extremely helpful with amazing customer service skills and a friendly demeanour. We got what we came for and left very happy.

Great customer service and good selection

I am an avid birkenstock fan, but the service today was absolutely shocking. Trainee today was left by herself, she had no idea how to troubleshoot fitting a shoe. When I asked her questions just said 'not sure' stared blankly and walked off into the back. Lack of working with the client to find a solution, or offer suggestions to a different style/size. When the senior eventually came along, was aggressive and defensive when i mentioned the shoe felt loose and requested a smaller size and if there was something else I could try. Honestly shocked. I ended up leaving because it was clear none of the staff were willing to help. Will be buying online from now on.

I don’t normally give negative reviews, but the service in this store should be better.
I came in to look at some boots, when approached by an older lady asking if I needed help with size. I told her that I was interested in finding my size in some boots but wouldn’t be able to purchase right then (I wanted to be honest). She then told me that I can just look at them, because the stock always changes and walked away.
I was quite disappointed because honestly, if she’d spent the time with me and I could’ve tried them on, I may have bought. But now I’ll go elsewhere to get them, or buy online.

Two B stores. Similar service. Do they share training between franchises?

I see three sales associates on the floor. Two are at the desk ignoring customers. The third is serving someone.

Not one acknowledgment despite walking through the store for 15 minutes with a pair I wanted to buy in hand. Then the sales associate approaches the nearest customer who had entered the store after us.

Both my daughter and I were wearing Birkenstocks and needing new pairs.

Will move onto a different brand of footwear and store

Fairly disinterested assistants who seemed to forget to attend to customers when somebody new walked in the store.

Terrible customer experience, the staff are rude, appear to purposely avoid speaking or helping customers, and you leave feeling you have negatively impacted their day.

Would not have purchased if I didn't have a gift voucher that could only be used in store.

A blonde American employee spoke to us in a disgusting manner after we tried to find our own sizing due to staff too busy speaking with each other than customers.

Buying online or not at all.

I was in the shop on a Saturday the staff were terrible. I never got served although 3 of them were standing behind the counter and talking. I even sat down and tried a pair of shoes on and still not one of them came to see if i was ok or needed anything. In turn I walked out and the store lost out on a $600 sale. If you ask me very unprofessional & unhelpful. I will be going elsewhere now to purchase the shoes now i have my sizing.

After visiting the Karrinyup Bstore in the hope of having the soles of my reasonably-maintained 'Birkies' replaced (see attached), I was disappointed to be told that "all but the straps" would need replacing and that I "may as well buy a new pair for what that would cost".
Not exactly keeping with the sustainable values of company, particularly as the sandals are less than a year old.
Seems to be yet another store caught up in a business model focused on disposable consumerism, trying to make a buck above all else. Shame.

Really bad experience. The service is not professional. The sale said this two shoes are the same colour cause the light. Just because sold out my size. I was really like the brand. So sad.

I had a dreadful experience with the lady manager. I had to apologise for asking to try different models. When I looked at another, she sneered, "well that one's $600". Mind went straight to the Pretty Woman scene on Rodeo Drive. I am a returning customer of 20 years, every summer I get a pair. I will never shop at this store again. Amanda needs to find a new job.
