What excellent service, I bought a lot of alcohol for a party and mentioned that I was having a problem lifting out if my trolley. The young man at the checkout did this for me and scanned it all then asked if he could help me lift the items into my car boot. I was so grateful for that. Now that's good old fashioned service!

I had to go to Karrinyup today to top up my dwindling Nespresso coffee supplies. I'm usually in and out as quick as I can, but I had seen something in my email about a new Nespresso product so I tested the "Scuto" type and really enjoyed it. I was served by a very helpful young woman who assisted me in making my choices AND there was a special on (nothing new about that) but I got 4 extra sleeves of coffee, a packet of Le Chocolat and a Barista Apron and a stencil so I can make patterns on the top of my sexy coffee! How good is that? I didn't get George Clooney but I was really happy with what I got and it was a good day at Karrinyup and that young lady made my day.

Fantastic group of workers. They are just wonderful to talk to and they care about the locals enough that they can have a chat with them and get on a first name basis
