I unfortunately had to return my online order. The return was a bit complicated because of the price difference. It took a lil bit to fix the issue however the staff are very nice, friendly and very patient. I really appreciate it. You hardly get that these days. I hope everyone is like that. went to footlocker for the first time today. had a wonderful experience as one of the kind employees Alex helped me and my friend tremendously. His friendly smile and helpful nature really welcomed us into the store. thankyou for making our first experience at the Karrinyup shopong center one to remember :)

Had the pleasure to be served today by the friendly and professional staff at the Karrinyup Footlocker outlet.

My son had wanted to purchase a pair of shoes but the right size was not available. Isiah was able to provide us assistance and ordered the right size online. Payment was made in the store. The condition of the purchase allows for free cancellation.

After departure, we realised that we would have purchased the shoes from another store nearby. But because of the professionalism and great customers experience we have had, we decided not to cancel the order.
