Wow wow wow all as I can say we went to have a look at a bed. And Chetan was amazing and nothing was to hard even taking the time to get the mattress we liked and put it on the base that we were interested in. It was absolutely awesome and such great customer service. It was just mine blowing as we have brought many beds over the years but this service is second to none. You will not be disappointed if you go in there and you buy from them the quality and the service is outstanding If you could give 50 stars or 100 stars I would do that. Totally amazing thank you so much Chetan for all your help and we’re super excited and can’t wait to get the bed and the base delivered ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent service. The salesperson Mr Paurav was excellent in assisting to choose the correct one for my need. I needed it very urgently and they made the delivery in three hours of my order. It’s a free delivery too unlike other stores in Shepparton.
I decided to spend a time for this review as this will help to people who are new to the country to choose the correct place.

He also delivered it within the time frame I gave him.

After going to multiple mattress shops we landed in Snooze where Chetan helped us find the perfect mattresses for a great price. Amazing quality and customer service. They even had a play room to keep the little one entertained. Would highly recommend.

We had a lengthy covid-induced wait for our new bedroom suite but through all of it the staff at Snooze in Shepparton were so helpful. As soon as work and travel restrictions relaxed we received our furniture, and we couldn’t be happier with it.

Snooze in Shepparton have wonderful staff. They are extremely helpful and have gone above and beyond helping me and remembering me the following times I went in shopping there :) The quality of the bed frame/ mattress have been excellent too.
