Farmhouse, Kedron Cafe

It's been a long time since we've had really good coffee. But it happened today at Farmhouse!! We arrived around 11am and it was very busy. We put our name on the waiting list, but we didn't have to wait more than a few minutes to get a table. Surprisingly, after we ordered, the food arrived very quickly! AND WHAT FOOD!!
The staff are very friendly and really looked after our experience. Amazing environment.
We highly recommend this place!!

Ps: you should try the cappuccino!!

A rustic homely cafe that serves amazing food!

I thoroughly enjoyed coming here! Came all the way from the Southside and it was worth the trip.

The staff were all very welcoming and attentive. And the food was delectable; ordered the signature gnocchi and it tasted lush and fresh. I could just finish the dish as the serving was so generous. It filled my stomach and my soul. It was honestly the perfect start to my day!

Love this place. Great ambiance, fresh food and busy on the weekends. Book in advance. Generous portions will not disappoint. Good coffee and they also have couple options for chai late.

Third time back 💙 always good to be here. It is a great place to come back with friends from overseas✈, especially with good coffee and iconic Australian breakfast. The live music on weekends must have added to the experience. Today's choice of coffee and carrot cake were delicious, with fresh flavors and a fantastic touch of buttercream .

This place always delivers! The service can be a little slow sometimes because this place is always super busy. So long as you’re not in a rush this place always has amazing food and atmosphere.

I ordered the left of field green bowl for breaky and it was surprisingly delicious. My friend had the sticky date hotcakes which are incredible and the potato hash is always amazing.

First time at the Farm House, and we were instantly taken with the way the place is set up - interesting decor, with indoor (air con) and outdoor seating.
Enjoyed the coffee and the Potato Cake.
Staff were friendly and welcoming.
Quite busy for a Monday, but the service was prompt.

Worth the trip and the money. I got a classic iced coffee and it was so good. Coffee was delicious!

For brunch I got the potato cake. It was amazing. I expected it to be oily and heavy, it was the opposite. The potato cake was fluffy and packed with flavour, the bacon was cooked perfectly and it was just the right amount of food.

Amazing cafe, it's such a beautiful set up and the staff were extremely friendly.

Farmhouse Kedron has become my favorite place for Brunch. With a warm and welcoming atmosphere, a delicious playlist and lots of good food, they deliver a delicious experience for special mornings in Brisbane. Everything was delicious and the service was impeccable. Highly recommended (=

Bloody Awesome!

I’ve just walked out of the Farmhouse Kedron. It’s Mother’s Day. It was packed to the rafters - with a sign out the front stating fully booked. It was EXCEPTIONAL!!! Service was attentive and kind, food was beautifully prepared and super quick. The staff were busy - but not flustered (as you might reasonably expect on a day like today). I would challenge anyone there today to find something to fault! Top job Farmhouse Kedron staff - you outdid yourself today. It’s my first visit - won’t be my last! Sorry I forgot to take photos - we had the special of the day, gnocchi, chips, beers and juice. The cold stuff was cold, the hot stuff was hot and everything was served with generous proportions and attentive smiles.

This place is great. The food, very friendly and prompt service, lovely coffees, the atmosphere...!

I do want to mention that there is both outdoor and indoor seating, in relatively ample amounts (though it gets busy). I came on a Wednesday, without a booking, with one other person, and had no trouble getting a seat wherever I wanted.

For elderly folks: the chairs are a little uncomfortable (metal outside, wood inside) but fine for an hour or two. Tables are large, solid, and clean. Ordering is at the front or via an app.

In a word, Farmhouse Kedron is AMAZING! From the moment you arrive, it is warm, bustling and welcoming. This is matched by not only the friendly and accommodating staff but by the fantastic food as well!
This is hands down a cafe/restaurant that is a must for anyone looking for a homely, delicious meal paired with perfect social atmosphere and PERFECT coffee - perfect for breakfast or lunch!
My absolute favourite dish is “The Gnocchi” - fresh, perfectly flavoured and seasoned, you’ll be sad when you finish your plate! Their chips and potato cakes are awesome as well, would definitely recommend!
Pram and dog friendly, booking ahead is good idea.
Overall, I honestly have nothing that I can fault with Farmhouse Kedron besides having to wait for the next time to visit! 10/10!

Great service and food, not to forget the cappuccino with real chocolate topping. Easy access, disabled car park at the door, level entrance, plenty of space around the tables. Both indoor and out door seating and tables. Great pastry cabinet if you want something light. Service is very professional and always with a smile. Delicious, generous size meals. I will be back :), thank you.

Amazing food and fast service!
The hot and sour avo (with mushrooms) and the OG bruschetta (with bacon) were delicious and quite large portions! Definitely reccomend.

Although the place was busier than any cafe I have ever been to, the staff handled the queues beautifully. I am not sure if you can book ahead, but I recommend doing this where possible. The food was great with quite a few gluten free options.
