That shop is the best place to shop for a special item , dress , bag or shoes. The service is excellent and the beautiful girls always make you welcome when they greet you when you walk in the door. I love every dress i have bought from them. I have followed them over the years from when they had a shop at cooloongatta .

Love, love That Shop. Beautiful clothes, beautiful shoes, beautiful ladies working there. Apart from my favorite dresses, my favorite heels are from That Shop too. From the first wear, NO new shoes pain. Never needed a bandaid, and I can easily shop with them all day long. Will be back ladies, 1000% recommend it.

That shop has always provided the best service of any clothing store I have ever been with. The products are beautiful, the staff are accomidating and respectful.

The ladies at That Shop are so friendly and professional. They really get to know you and your style, they make you look great and will often suggest things you haven't thought of. The service is always great and their new shop in Paddington is spacious and fabulous!

I really need to say how brilliant of a shop this is. the price range is impressive considering how nice the clothes are AND they have a nice selection in the sale sections so that gives even more options. the staff were incredibly helpful and the least pushy Ive met in a long time so if your an anxious shopping its still a really nice experience. if you're on the fence, then I would tell you to go instore and you will not regret it.

I’m from Cairns and came down to Brisbane to see my dad. We were looking for rockabilly clothes for me as there are none in cairns. I also have functioning anxiety and as soon as I entered that shop I was welcomed by the most lovely ladies I’ve ever met. They were very helpful and kind. I spent around $3000 at that shop and don’t regret 1cent of it. 10/10 recommend. Thank you ladies ☺

Such a great experience! I'm so glad I went into the store instead of on line. The staff made me and my husband feel so welcome and were incredibly helpful. I haven't had customer service like that in a long time. I haven't mentioned the quality of the clothing... but I would like to say it's worth the price tag.

I won’t shop anywhere else for dresses! I love That Shop! I have been shopping with the for years & have followed them from Wooloongabba, to Carindale, Garden City & now Paddington. The staff there are always so friendly & helpful. I walked into the shop today & within 5 minutes Emmy had said “ I have the exact dress for you!” She came back with a beautiful mint green dress. That Shop have provided one of the best customer service experiences I've ever received. I had a small issue with my order and they picked up on it before it was even sent out. The lovely Hayley not only fixed the issues (and provided back up options) she also gave me further help with my current order and suggestions on sizing. I've been buying most of my wardrobe from That Shop for years and I could not recommend them more highly. The selection is amazing with a range that suits many different shapes and styles. The clothing is absolutely gorgeous. Passers-by often stop me to compliment outfits I wear from here. And the staff are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable which makes the shopping experience more enjoyable as well.

I live in Sydney and I’ve had my eye on purchasing something from this store for a while. So glad I did! I purchased 2 Mia tops and I absolutely love them! My family and I came in at opening (9am) and spent just over an hour and a half here, trying on all manner of skirts, dresses, tops, etc. The staff were so kind and helpful throughout, helping my mum and I find clothes that fit our body types perfectly! We walked away with almost 10 articles between the two of us and we'll definitely be coming back! :)

Best clothes ever! This is my favourite clothes store bar none, and I love everything about it from the displays on the manequins, to the range of clothes on offer, to the jewellery and shoes. The staff are fabulous, and take the time to get to know their customers, and their customers style. Whether I've come to just browse or with a particular outfit in mind, they're just wonderful - patient and friendly. Always a wonderful shopping experience!
