Woolworths Paddington

Wonderful experience! Grace serviced me and was a lovely, kind young servicer! I shall Defs be back for next weeks grocery’s 😊

I shopped here for the first time today as I had business to do nearby.
I found the staff at Woolworths at Paddington to be professional, the store was clean and they stocked everything I needed.
If I lived near Paddington, I'd be quite happy to shop there regularly.

Doesn't have some things that other Woolworths have but it is still a great store to shop.

Has everything I need. Online team has really picked up their game and lovin’ it! Despite the setbacks of stock over the past month it’s good, I had a whole order muddled up and all over the place with majority of bags weren’t mine. A lovely blond girl started with an E (longer name I think) she’s a familiar face was so lovely and handled everything so efficiently and her customer service skills were perfect. I’m an older women and have a disability and she solved all my issues. Great service!

Very happy with location used most days

Wow - the switch to paper bags has begun and can confirm they actually hold a decent sized amount of goods and handles still feel solid - 1 X 2 litre milk, some veggies and a few things were no problem. Interesting to see how reusable they are if they get damp.

Cute little woolies, that has everything you need. Highly recommend the online service at this store. The staff always provide service with a smile. Recently, I was picking up my order and it was brought out by a girl called Brenda, who was very friendly and quick. The Paddington team is always lovely.

Great variety. Decent sized store. Temporarily woollies are not stocking knives and scissors in their kitchen shelf. But the mint brand of items are pretty good.

With the lockdown me and my housemates had to rely on delivery. As we had a charity pick up our click and collect order, we couldn't double check the correct order. We had our frozen's bag missing and when we called the store, the manager was so nice and even offered to drop off our missing bag. Really great service and super appreciated!

No complaints for this wonderful woolworths shop. It is quite large and rarely lets you down when wanting to buy food. Lots of parking room in the complex on multiple levels so makes it nice and easy to shop. Elevator is old thats the only thing (but still as functional as ever).

Love shopping here as local shoppers, a good variety of healthy options. Added bonus is the staff are friendly and personal.
Parking can be somewhat difficult but patrons are usually civil and accommodating.

Supermarket with fresh produce, never had a single issue. Parking is ample, public toilets across the walkway next to chemist. Good pizza upstairs at Il Posto and the butcher opposite is awesome!

its ur average woolies however on thing there makes it so special. i was served by a young girl, knee high, believe her names ruby. she served with class speed and respect. struck up a friendly convo that left me grinning as i walked out. my groceries were placed in each reusable bag so gracefully and carefully like tetris blocks places snuggly together. she treated me as family and a friend ill never forget the special time i had there

Will gave me the most amazing comforting customer service experience when I was going through the checkout. Lovely manners and a big smile.

Even though it's a smaller Woolworths store, I actually preferred it. I always shopped there when my adult kids were growing up, so it felt quite familiar & really comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed shopping there & think I'll mainly get my groceries from Woolworths Paddington from now on.

Woke up hungover from a late Friday bender. Went to the kitchen to make a latte and realized there was 0 milk in the house. &$^*@££$*!!!! Walked to Woolworths, they had the milk I sought. It was cold. It was white. 5 stars

Too fair away i was at milton train station and i have no car cause im a poor bogan. Looked on maps 20 min walk like seriously what do i look like, a healthy person. Got to go now my mum wants to use the internet.
