Woolworths Dural

Shopped here for a couple of years now with mostly good results. The staff are friendly, and the products are varied although some items are no longer available due to stock rotations. Pricing is also fair with sales items and priced stock reduced in selected areas daily.

I've started coming here as a regular because of the great customer service. Nat in particular is lovely and very helpful! :)

I've bought a cake and sushi from here to share with a friend who lives locally. Very conveniently placed supermarket!

Shout out to the staff and trolly boy at Woolworths Dural! I left my wallet in the trolly and it was returned to me with everything inside! Love shopping here!

They've introduced new lightweight shopping trolleys. About the size of the old smaller steel ones. I like them as that size works for me, but not so sure how the big deep trolley shoppers will cope.
They also come fitted with Coin parking mechanisms which don't appear to be in use..... yet.

Been shopping here for decades. It is a convenient place, with parking available anytime, unlike Cherrybrook or Castle Hill shops. Has everything that you need, including a growing Asian food selection, and the staff are always super friendly and helpful. Hopefully, this hidden gem stays that way, and does not become over run with too many shoppers.

Wheelchair accessible from both entrances, with a ton of parking and an army of trolleys. This woollies has a sushi counter inside the store and they can make you your favourite sushi on request as well as having pre made sushi to go. The roast chickens are usually always in good supply although watch out, some birds are absolutely smaller than others and yet are the same price. A smaller bakery section than a normal woolies but that’s okay considering there is literally a Bakers Delight Store next door. They have a good range of exotic fruit. Has both ramps and an elevator to the lower parking levels.

Best Woolies with wide variety considering semi-rural area. Fresh sushi station too! Staff are lovely

Staff always 99% very pleasant and helpful.
In current situation, the store appears to be extremely well organised with signage, social distancing indicators, disinfection measures, staff directions/assistance.
I pick my times to visit, and have not found the store too crowded. 95% of customers appear to be co-operative with current requirements ... only problem/s usually women having in-store social mobile interaction with friends/family and children let to wander as they choose.

Very good shopping experience. The mobile app guides you to aisle where the items are kept which decreases the shopping time. Other features like direct to boot and delivery other exciting options with its own cons as well

Great size Woollies with a friendly manager and staff, closed to Aldi and a large number of village shops. There is always plenty of parking.

It's a decent clean Woolies, alright service and good selection at the bakery. A lot of parking available as well so that is not an issue. nothing really more to expect
