Centre Com Nunawading

After a hard week trying to get a work set up that kept failing on me I went to Centre com as recommended yesterday 7/04/24. had the worst experience with computers during the week and once I came here it was the most relieving thing I’ve ever done. There was a bit of waiting around which is expected because the staff here actually spend time with their customers. I was served by Terrence and I couldn’t be happier with my experience here. He spent so much time with me trying to get me the best option for my work from home set up. Gave me multiple options and found the best value for price I was after. More expensive than I had originally spent during the week but I wouldn’t go anywhere else ever again. 10/10 service. And my computer works, has everything I need and set up took 5 minutes!!!! Very happy

Came here on Black Friday 2023 to look for some deals on my PC parts.

They had good prices and very helpful staff, who spent time to understand what type of PC I would be building and to suggest appropriate parts, but also worked efficiently so the whole process did not take longer than 30min I think.

They were very understanding when I mentioned that the parts they didn't have in stock I would like to try source from elsewhere (e.g. at MSY) which I appreciate a lot!

Great store and a lot of variety.
I think one should do their own research before going to the store because generally the staff is under the pump. I can see it could a lot of time just to assist one customer who just wants to buy a few dollars item.
The general advice I receive is overall very good and I get the honest opinion from staff.

Bought a few parts for my new PC here and had an excellent experience. Staff offered to hook up a monitor so I could see picture quality before buying, overall service by Asher was fantastic. Great builds on display too. 10/10 Would shop here again.

Bunch of helpful and understanding staff! Was a little worried initially with some of the reviews here, as I had to get a replacement due to a DOA stick of RAM. The Jeff at the warranty desk and the wonderful people at the front (sorry didn’t catch their names, but they know who they are!) were friendly and knowledgeable, and once I explained to them that the issue most likely is for that one stick of ram on Ryzen and unlikely to show on their Intel testing rig for some reason, they offered to replace or refund the RAM for me. Happy to report that the replacement worked right away! Thanks for trusting your customer! Will be back for future upgrades :)

Had a great experience at the Support desk.. my PC was checked on the spot and a few install issues identified quickly.. it was fixed quickly on the spot at no charge.. fantastic support and help.. will continue to buy all my PC gear from these guys.. awesome support

Bought the Asus ROG Strix SQ7 SSD and going to get ram next week. They also fixed our mini Intel NUC so took that back as well.

I run a business that requires a high-end, reliable computer. In February, Centrecom built a computer to my specifications. It was made quickly and worked reliably at first.

Recently, I discovered one of the memory chips was faulty. I rely on the computer 12 hours a day, 6 days a week. Thank you to Fergus and Jeff. Although they had no time to run a full memory scan for diagnostics, replaced all of my memory cards and had me up and running within the hour.

Had an issue with a Logitech mouse not working that I had purchased 4 months ago from CentreCom. It was checked by their service team with my original receipt in hand resulting in a replacement unit within minutes. No questions asked, just great, engaging customer service. Would recommend checking out CentreCom Nunawading.

Fantastic service! The team upgraded my desktop with complete transparency of the prices involved, recommended what I needed, and got the job done ahead of time. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my computer needs.

I can't believe this is the same Centrecom from a few years ago. Fantastic, bright store with lots of display items to look at and staff that actually ask if they can assist. I returned a faulty CPU cooler to the service desk and, after a quick check, it was swapped for a replacement with no hassles at all. The death metal music played in the store can be a bit overpowering because I'd like to have a browse but the music makes me want to get out.

Went into store today to order a basic pc setup and I was delighted to have been served by Raph. He was very patient and helpful with my request and even installed the cpu on the spot (which can be a tricky task). Definitely be back for further IT needs. Thanks heaps 😊

Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful staff. It was a busy season, but I got all parts in their Centre Com chain that I was looking for to assemble a desktop computer based on my low budget.
P.S. If you need computer parts urgently, check stock availability in advance or you might have to drive to their Clayton hub like I did.😅

Today I went back there and Needed a new power supply and graphics card, Jeff was so terrific and went out of his way to help me and I was able to pick it up within a few hours, which was very much appreciated! He went to a great deal of trouble to ensure that I bought the appropriate card for my needs!
Terry took it out to the car for me and I was very grateful indeed!
