The shop assistant was amazing. She could not have been more helpful. I went in looking for an outfit for a specific event and she helped find different styles, sizes, colours and accessories. Nothing was too much to ask. When I left I realised the shop was meant to close 30 minutes prior to us leaving, but she was still more than happy to help until the moment we left. Great experience.

So glad that there's a store near me! Staff are always so helpful and friendly. The buyers for city chic are letting them down. I really wish there wasn't so many daggy non city chic clothes overwhelming the stock.

The lady working today was so incredibly kind and helpful! My favourite pair of city chic jeans had ripped and she found some similar other styles and called all the other outlet stores till we found the ones I was after!! So happy! Thank you so much!

Great range of stock, both winter and summer. The young manager Bec was friendly, super helpful assisting me to find the right sizes and very patient as I was in and out of the dressing room and did not leave till closing.
