Great store, good lay out. Heaps to choose from.
Could be more prices on items, some did not have any pricing so when you get to the counter, that’s when you find out/having to ask for prices. Not bad prices though, not too expensive.
Very friendly staff. Clean shop.

Great variety of sugary treats not normally available at other shops. Lots of imported items here!

Good variety nice staff.

The store has a good layout and a good variety of sweets and drinks to choose from. The prices are reasonable and the staff are friendly and polite to deal with.It is always fun to visit and find something new or grab a classic favourite.

Female with blue hair tried to tell me that best before is the American way of saying it’s still ok to be eaten. Today is 1st September and the Hershey chocolate bar was best before July 2023. So I told her it’s a no from me. She gave me cash to refund me. 2 x $2.95 = $5.90 but only gave me $2.95. Either she can’t count the chocolate bars or can’t count the coins or thinks I can’t count. Won’t be going there anymore. The way they store those boxes of chocolates on the floor is a no no too.

If I would do no stars I would. I don’t visit these lolly places much as it’s just a sugar poverload and being the school holidays - I thought I’d treat my son and his school friend. They are both 8yrs old and respectful kids . My sons friend went to point to the one he would like - didn’t touch anything but point to the one he wanted to me - as I was getting the self serve lollies out etc - a lady with a mask and dark hair asked him not to touch the containers - I told her he was just pointing it out to me in the air- not touching ….. I was quite offended as I’m an adult - my own son and his friend thought they got in trouble for doing something wrong - I told
Them they hadn’t done anything wrong .

Not expecting that I was with the boys …. I was calm and respectful and not rude or mean… but I didn’t appreciate this at all.
The store had boxes everywhere —- the staff weren’t putting them away —- it was a fire and physical hazard … and limited being able to see other products ….. I’m very disappointed and I will stick to my guns and not visit the store in the future .

A lot of the lollies are out of date, when we tried to get it refunded the lady told us that the lollies were still fine to eat even if they’re ere out of date, and that she didn’t want her managers to get mad at her because she refunded it.

So very disappointed with this store. My daughter went in with some friends today. Picked out some candy, baring in mind there are not scales around the shop so that they can work out the cost as they go.she went to pay, and the cost was $15. She was shocked and did not have that much money. The lady in the store told her she had to pay, and that she could not put any of it back. My daughter was crying with her friends and the lady stared at her making her feel uncomfortable. She ended up having a friend giving her money that she did not have to pay for it. I am disgusted as I bring my children up not to borrow money but my daughter was so intimidated that she did not have a choice. She text me with a massive apology, obviously upset. These shops prey on young children, overpriced and with staff that are intimidating. I will be telephoning the store tomorrow.

CHECK THE EXPIRY DATES!!! I went in today with my daughter and spent almost $50 only to find some stuff had a best before in Jan 2022! Not impressed 😕

Called the day before to confirm they would be open even though it would be a public holiday the next day, was told yes. I made my way down there and they were closed. Poor customer service and inept staff.

Very disappointed, was refused service by a woman with blue hair because the store closed in 30 minutes time and she wanted to get off early
