Atherton Flow Brazilian Jiu-jitsu

Starting anything new can be daunting but the people at Atherton flow jiu-jitsu gym made my nerves instantly go away with how friendly and relaxed the environment was. Not only were the coaches extremely welcoming, everyone else in the gym was so lovely and took the time out of their own training to explain positions and moves to me.
Highly recommend, one training session in and I’m hooked.

With no prior skill or knowledge I first started my BJJ journey about 6 months ago with Atherton Flow, where I’ve experienced continual growth within the facility, classes, instructors and attendees. Offering a safe and friendly environment, this training space comes highly recommended.

I started training at Atherton Flow after starting martial arts at an MMA gym for a year and a half. These guys completely opened up my grappling game and made me realise how beautiful the sport of BJJ is. Great atmosphere, I couldnt recommend training here enough!
