The Coastal Crab, Moonta Bay

Stayed in early 2024 and had the best time ever. Everything was provided that we needed and was beautifully put together. Overall, it was an amazing experience and the outdoor area was incredible for the evening to sit outside and eat with good company. Was great we could bring the boofheads (dogs ;) and was well supplied for them as well. Great choice of games and had a blast doing the escape room and some cards. Would highly reccommend The Coastal Crab for anyone who has a large family, dogs or just wants and stunning place to stay that is literally 2min drive to the beach!

We stayed at the Coastal Crab for New years weekend and loved our stay here! The owners have done an amazing job of making it a family and pet friendly destination in the heart of moonta bay.
Minutes drive to the beach and they have included the use of fishing gear, crab nets and even thought of an esky and cart to take down to the beach.
There is an amazing playground, grassed area and undercover entertaining area out the back for everyone to enjoy, plus the use of different sized bikes as well.
A fully equipped kitchen, a games section, smart TV with WiFi included are just a few more things that this new accommodation includes.
Multiple bedding options which I must say are the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in! Sleeps approximately 10 people and includes a dedicated infant area. It's also fully wheelchair accessible aswell.
We will 100% be returning each time we visit the copper coast.
The owners are extremely accommodating and friendly and answered every question we had promptly.

Amazing stay at the Coastal Crab! Everything was provided including fishing gears, crab nets and bikes. Kids had great fun crabbing at nearby jetties and managed to catch a few blueys! The whole place was super clean and spotless with plenty of room for the whole family. Thank you so much and will definitely return if we come back again this way!

Was a perfect place to spend a short weekend getaway with the family and dog! Everything was wonderfully set up with all the things you would need to go away and pack lightly! Being able to use the provided fishing gear was an added bonus! 3 mins from Splashtown and Moonta Bay swimming beach meant that we could come and go throughout the day with ease. There was plenty of space and the yard is amazing for both the kids and the dog! I will be recommending this accommodation to friends and family. Bravo to Bec and Costal Crab for providing a brilliant holiday home away from home! 😁😁

Stayed for the Australian day long weekend and the house was clean, cosy and have variety of board games. The owner was very prompt and accomodating to queries and requests. We had great time overall.
