Came out promptly and fixed issues caused by another pool servicing company within minutes. Furthermore cleaned filters which they discovered the other company never cleaned. Highly recommend poolside solutions for the Hawkesbury area do not look at anyone else than these guys. They know what they are doing, very experienced and professional.

Absolutely brilliant service. Dropped in with a sample of water from the pool, it gets analysed by the computer, you get told what you need, they load your vehicle and/or book you in for a clean - I opted for the latter as it was easier for me on the day. Customer service is amazing at this place, communication brilliant, service is reasonably priced and the gents are happy to answer any noob questions you may have.

We had been using the same pool cleaning company for years. Mostly out of loyalty, rather than great service. However, just recently they struggled for months to sort our pool so we finally decided to give someone else a go and honestly now I am wondering why we persisted for so long. Within hours of Josh and Noah of Poolside solutions tending to our pool I could see the difference and knew then that we had wasted so much time and money previously. Josh and the team at Poolside Solutions are always so helpful and responsive- anything from a quick chemical balance to helping me navigate an insurance claim due to storm damage, nothing is ever too much trouble. Since we’ve had them come out to clean and check the pool once a month our pool looks better now than it ever has.
