My experience when dealing with Jacksonco was very positive from the outset. The office staff were very efficient, courteous and replied to all communications promptly. Ken attended to do the inspection at a time that suited me. He was very polite, approachable and obviously knowledgeable about the unit market in Wollongong. I received my report in just a few days.
