Main Street Cafe

We took a seat in this new to us place. I tried the Taco Wrap and my friend had egg and bacon roll and chips with sour cream. Both generous serves. Hot and quick. I took some pieces of slice home with me, they weren't too bad either! Overall, a good visit, coffee was nice too. Place was busy and clean.

Called in for morning tea two days in a row! The coffee is great, the cakes/slices are delicious and the service was excellent. Highly recommend!

Perfect place and food to satisfy you tummy and soul. Must visit.

Yummy coffee beans used for cuppacino and latte drinks. Food was prepared and arrived quickly. Make delicious slices also. Recommended to others also to dine in who were travellers also

Friendly and tasty food! Their bacon and egg quiche was dope! They were really busy so missed got little things wrong on my order but the taste, portion and friendly nature of everyone made up for it.

Nice feed! I had the chunky steak pie, it was tasty and the pastry was nicely made. I appreciated how they gave me a sauce bottle rather than making me pay 20c for a little sachet. Shows generosity.

Had lunch here while in Portland for the day. Hawaiian Chicken schnitzel burger was 10/10. So crispy and tasty. And a generous serving for the large chips.

Had Brekkie Turkish Roll, absolutely scrumptious. Staff were lovely. Very quick service. Good value.

Best breakfast in Portland and possibly Victoria. Understated and not trying to be to anything but yum.

Love the family atmosphere and all the food is home cooked. Fresh and hot. The staff are always quick polite ready to help and great fun to chat with. But above all the food is YUMMY.

Don't go anywhere else... Airconditioned cafe, lovely staff, free papers daily and owner operator on duty all day. Simple but fantastic menu for breakfast or lunch order as u want It.
Freshly made sandwiches, wraps or rolls and coffee at just the right temperature.

Bainmarie with mini and large quiches,home made sausige rolls and pies, casseroles or stews.... Scalloped potatoes also available.
This is a cafe with a chef/owner in control highly reccomended
If not happy .... Hard to please
