Thank you to the Kind young Man and Lady for getting my Ice-cream! It was Perfect!! I am sorry to have sat down and seen and heard that other "Person" come in and be rude to a lot of you. I would say, next time that "person" comes in and is rude to either of you or your other employees, just take it like 'Water Off a Duck's Back"! You were all very polite and calm, considering that "Person" was so rude to you xx

Surprisingly fast lunchtime service, my coffee was just how i like it,extra hot. My food was hot and everything in the confines of the bun. Very happy with the upgraded service being provided, well done Macca's Portland, some other Macca's restaurants could follow in your footsteps.

Love using the app. Always waiting though to collect and have had my order not correct a few times. Still a great stop off though

Food was hot, quick and not throw together like abstract art like 99% of other Maccas

This one seems to be a good one. Two excellent visits, both hot and fresh.

I ordered my meal and drove up to the payment windows and was greeted by a young lady saying something about her eyelashes. Having zero interest I pay waved my order and proceeded to the pick up window with the same young lady yelling out numerous times " I love you ". At the pick up window the same young lady was writing on a bag then placed my order inside and handed me my meal and drink with a smile and saying once again I love you. Puzzled what was written on the bag I pulled over and it said " I hope it's amazing with a little ❤ drawn in too...I got home, enjoyed my meal with a smile and thought to myself how lucky I am to have proud parent moments like this.

Harrison Lipscombe and Jess Sandow made me the most pumping, delicious, scrumptious, mouth watering, juicy, gods nectar of a latte this morning had some much nommy flavour. Their customer service was so good I shed a tear when I got home ! Would recommend !!

Extremely well oiled machine. Staff everywhere running to each station preparing food then quickly back to assist with cleaning and other tasks. We had a wait in the drive through but the food was nearly perfect and freshly prepared. We received an extra item compensation for our wait which I thought was quite nice.

Amazing, staff were great and very helpful, great service and the food was great.

In this current world crisis, the staff here are doing their very best to provide an ongoing service and they are doing a great job.

Yes, occasionally there is a bit of a wait and the odd mistake made but that is the nature of retail.

The staff will always fix an issue.

Ordered chai latte with caramel in it on 16 jun at 11.50am. Beautifully made by the barista on duty who was pleasant and kind. Staff worked well to get orders out as quick as possible and food was great. One small thing was a large fry box being qs full as a medium, but fries shift and the food and service more than equaled it out.

Checked on me when I fell into the bathroom. I was in the Women's restroom. I was saved. This is the best Mc Donald's I've been in for over 72 years. However a man went into the womens restroom, a worker.

Had a Craving for a Bacon Angus & Cheeseburger 🍔 Satisfied the hunger pangs & finished it off with a Fish Fillet, McFlurry & a Coffee Frappe!! Heavenly!! And it was Delivered too via Menulog

Best maccas I've ever been to, frozen coke at the speed of light. Wish that all maccas were like this. Quick and easy, lemon squeezy.

It is in a very good location. As you enter the road you can see the beach and on the other side is the highway. Most of the time we grab a meal and just walk towards the beach. Fresh meals everytime and staffs are friendly.

Really great. Hot fresh food not over cooked, was really lovely.

The new coffee blend is outstanding. Maccas coffee used to taste like it was cut with vinegar and battery acid. Now it's smooth and tasty.
