Harbour Lights Snack Bar

to summarise my review, it would be good food, great service. the fish tasted fresh and juicy, and the chips were very fresh and salted to my taste. service was great, the staff was friendly and accommodating to our order, would return.

We had dinner one night - steak sandwich and souvalaki, and lunch next day - fish and chips. It was all delicious. 10 out of 10, would eat there again

Now there is fresh fish and then there is harbour lights fresh fish, absolutely amazing, and very polite and friendly service.

Best serve of fish and chips we've had for a long time

Harbour lights is a long time favourite of mine. I first ate here 25 years ago. The standard has never dropped. Had 2 meals here. Both outstanding. A delicious, tasty chickpea and lentil burger and battered flat head tails with chips. Both meals generous in portion, full of flavour and served hot. The muggaccinos in this place are first rate also and served extra hot as I requested. Could not fault them. They were even able to supply lactose free milk. Service by the young people in this cafe was amazing. Their work ethic was amazing and their desire to please the customer a credit to them. Thank you.

Fantastic fresh, crispy flake and excellent chips. So good, we came back for a takeaway lunch twice in three days! Friendly service too. We wish we had a shop half as good as this where we live. Lucky Portland residents!

My husband and I popped in for a early morning coffee. Great coffee experience. Friendly staff.
Many of the locals also got there early coffee here too. Great views and a park across the road to just take your coffee and enjoy the sea views.

Excellent fish and chips. Had the hake, battered. Came here on February 2023, $8 Australian for the one piece of fish. Paid $21 Australian for 2 pieces, and medium chips. Recommend it!!

I rarely leave reviews but I had a burger, coffee and cake and all 3 items were fresh and on point. Prompt service too. The lady saw I was sitting down waiting and walked up to me to hand me my food rather tell me its ready to walk. Thank you for the excellent service

Used Harbour Light Snacks Bar for catering for our film crew who were in Portland for a week. Couldn't recommend more, always on time each morning, and our crew never went hungry with plenty of food and options each day. Definitely would use again if in the area!!!

Amazing place to eat and get to know the local owner. She is awesome, so kind and the Grilled Chicken Burger is the best Burger I have ever had.
