Kettering Cafe

Simple food done right! The menu didn't look remarkable but both the eggs on toast and breakfast burrito we had were delightful. A lot of people in the ferry queue jumping out to grab coffee, but there are seats inside if you'd like to stop for a meal.

Stumbled across the Kettering Cafe whilst waiting for the ferry to Bruny Island and was blown away by the great food and service! The brekkie burger was divine with lots of thick cut bacon, sauce and a perfectly cooked egg, and the spicy mushroom wrap was satisfying and delicious. The lady who served us was very friendly and helpful.

A hidden gem! This place is sooooo good. I love the satay chicken the best, yum!
Can’t wait to come back when we visit from Sydney.

We ordered take-away. Food was very good. Especially liked the spring rolls, Thai fish cakes and curry puffs. Nice and fresh and not oily. Massaman beef curry was excellent. Would recommend this restaurant to family and friends.

Just got across on the Bruny Ferry and popped in for breakfast. Awesome coffee! Great food. Waffles, breaky burger, has browns all to notch.

Such an awesome spot! Delicious coffee, we got a couple wraps that were fresh, good size, and so tasty! The view is beautiful and the staff were so friendly. Highly recommend

Stunning views with an excellent range of delicious and healthy (or decadent) choices. We have tried many things and have been happy every time. The staff are skilled and friendly.. excellent service! They even noticed and remembered that my partner doesn’t like cucumber!

Wonderful quaint little spot with fabulous view. We stopped after a day at Bruny island as this was the only place open and I'm so glad it was. We had the fish and chips, generous portion and tasty and we got homemade melting moments to take away. They were absolutely delicious!

The lady was the only one working and she was so gracious with what I'm sure was a big day. Highly Recommend if you're in the area.

Just perfect brioche bun, fresh panko crumbed hash brown, good bacon, sweet slightly spicy relish... So balanced in flavour, sweet, salty, sour , umami... Yum!!

A gem of a cafe. The food is fresh and delicious. The service is excellent and the view is brilliant.

Family holiday travelling across to Bruny Island; we stopped at this little cafe while waiting for the ferry; it was awesome! We sat and had breakfast and coffees; I'd say it was the best food we had in Tassie for the whole trip. Views across the Marina were fantastic. The staff were so attentive and friendly. It's a real statement when you continually see locals come in and chat to the staff; one even started playing his harmonica and blew out a great tune. Added a great festive vibe! Definitely recommend this place. Worth a feed!

Very friendly and delicious food. I had the calamari, which melted in my mouth it was so good. My husband had the Aussie Burger which was very generous. Both came with perfect chips. We also bought two salads to takeaway for dinner. Both were also delicious.

Highly recommended that you stop here for lunch breakfast or whatever the service is top notch food fabulous and very friendly helpful staff
