My experience in buying an engagement ring at this store was great. I was treated with patience and personal involvement. At the end I got a quality deal. If you're a bargain bin hunter that demands respect; this might not be the store for you.

The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable, I also get a free gift box. Five star is a must!!

Just this morning I was at the store in Chadstone shopping center.. Great customer service,,, special thanks to the young lady who helped me pick out ear rings for my beloved one and showed me the matching pendant,,, gave me a discount and gift wrapped the whole thing for me at no extra cost. her name was Bonnie... so Thanks Bonnie.. you're the best... Sam :)

Lisa was amazing. So helpful and sweet. Every other jewellery store hadn’t been interested in helping us but Lisa made us feel so welcome 😊
