Emporio Armani

I note from other reviews that their issues are mainly with the staff and service so I will specifically name my staff member and review that experience as I cannot speak to the other staff without dealing with them.

My contact at this store was Prena, a lovely young lady with a helpful and attentive approach. I felt that regardless of the amount I was spending she valued my time and on the flip side this resulted in them making larger sales.

I purchased multiple items from this store including Shoes, Belt, Tie, a suit from the exclusive line, shirt and cologne/perfume. Through the entire process I felt taken care of and as you would expect with this sort of purchase, I felt like the most important person in the room.

Prena was helpful beyond simply picking out items, she chased things up, she had the suit itself shipped back from the Sydney store and the after purchase support/alterations were carried out without issue and with high professionalism.

The only time I can speak to the other staff members service is when Prena was on a lunch break I dealt with some other members, they were friendly and helpful and one of the managers specifically arranged for me to pop back in 15 minutes to speak with Prena. A very small thing I know but she could have said 'She isn't here' and left it at that, trying to answer the questions or take the sale herself, but she didn't she made it feel like a service with a face, props to that manager and that staff member.

I have been to many Armani stores Emporio or Giorgio and while there is always a helpful person waiting to assist as you should expect with this sort of brand, Prena was a step above every single store in Victoria. If she is still there and it hasn't occurred already, I suggest you hang on to her and give Prena a pay rise, she is worth more than company would realise.

Polarizing review compared to others but perhaps you should walk in and ask for Prena if you are wary of the service.

I purchased a watch at this store today and was amazed with the quality in customer service. David assisted us with our purchase and was incredibly friendly, not to mention he stayed back for 45 minutes to make adjustments and alterations to the watch based on it's size to get it just right. The other staff were also very friendly and accommodating even though they were quite busy. I would certainly recommend this store to others, as well as shop here for myself again.

We were buying from their old store quite often before , since the relocation in another new location in Chadstone , the shopping experience is totally different

Zero star is what they deserve, worst experience ever. The Asian blond girl was so rude, they don’t even respond to your questions in store. Racist they seem.

Was great 3 years ago it was a pleasure shopping but now you go in no one says hello,

You have to deal with people who seem like it’s their first day and they don’t no anything nor want to help and give a vibe that they don’t want to work there definitely needs a complete change of staff behaviour

Don’t think just because you work at Armani that you’re some better person then the rest of the world.

Bad experience. Asked customers to queue up saying they were providing one to one service when in fact they don't know customer service at all. When I walked to the counter and signaled the female assistant that I wanted to buy that t-shirt, she just stood there watching me like a dummy, that's their one to one service. I signaled her a second time and then a male assistant who seems more senior came over and just grabbed and pulled the t-shirt off my hand. Instead, he should have come over, asked politely if I want to buy that and then raise his hands to let me to hand that t-shirt to him.

Worst experience, please don’t visit this store if you are brown they are all racist

If your website says opens at 8am, I, along with all your customers expect you to open at 8am. Your time is not more important than mine. If you open later, I assume changing your opening hours on the Chadstone website isn't that time consuming! Especially this time of the year, that's just poor service!

Fake brand. Ending up losing the money. Worst quality.
