Coles Ferny Grove

I love this Coles. After 6pm it turns into an ambient apocalyptic wasteland. The music is so quiet it's more of a suggestion than anything, the aisles are so wide you feel like there's forty kms between each one, the white tile reflects your dead-eyed gaze as you linger in front of the bread rack ... it has a brilliant atmosphere. There's never any employees around but that's not a negative, because the one or two elusive ones you stumble across are helpful and polite, and you can recognise they've probably been trapped here for thousands of years. I genuinely love this Coles. It never has any stock but somehow always has exactly what I came in for. It's also clean and you're guaranteed to never run into anyone you know except for the one person you really can't stand, but you could also hide from them pretty easily. 5/5 stars, always. Smaller than usual Coles, but certainly has everything you need for a weekly shop. Staff are great. Plenty of parking

For the past decade I have shopped here and always looked forward to the amazing decorations for Christmas, Easter and Halloween. It's nice to shop in a store where the staff obviously go to a lot of effort to make customers' shopping experiences fun.

I don't visit super markets much, but the time I came here I found everything I needed including organic bread, tofu and coconuts. The were even some specials! It was easy to get in, and spacious parking. Also, a lovely gentleman in the self check out greeted me, while also offering me and other patrons a gift of Cadbury favorites. I graciously declined but thought it was so lovely to be offered a simple gift. I'll be going back.

A smaller coles but super convenient as a local. The staff are very pleasant, and the manager is approachable.

Excellent service from deli staff member (sorry forgot your name). Easter Monday and they had sold out of roast pork so I was given roast chicken for free. Will definitely be back for roast pork with crackling tomorrow. Thank you.

No Bookings required just tun up and wait for a short time they whip through any que so don't be scared. Great friendly staff and service with a quality cut. Legends

Busy and getting busier due to Brisbane's imenent lock down due to Covid. Always a easy place to do a quick shop. Staff have always been friendly.
